It was average. Big but old. Room was not cleaned very well and smelt of smoke. It was ok but I won’t come again

Second time I've stayed here. First visit couldn't fault.

Requested a room with a balcony when I booked three weeks ago. This did not occur
Early check in as I was going to the cricket. Could not do
Issues with the tv and not getting the channel I wanted
Spa bath - did not work
Lying in the bath, looking at the toilet from under the eye line. Totally discusting, big build up of unclean scum
Even if the spa bath was working, no soap/bubble bath provided.
Really quite disappointing as my last visit was great

Not really the prestige hotel that it was marketed as. Reeked of Asian cooking from the restaurant below. Wouldn’t stay here again. Nice big room but needed refurbishing. Bathroom fine but bigger shower would’ve been better than small shower and huge spa bath.

Nasty place. Terrible customer service. The place smells of cigarettes. I didn't even stay the night it was so gross.

No one manning reception till spot on 3pm, multiple other Travellers all lining up . Seems I was upgraded to a very spacious room. The usual hotel/motel issues, walls don't have much sound absorption because everytime someone entered or left a room the whole wall moved. Overall comfortable and great value

Easy reservation, well-located hotel, spacious and well-equipped room. However, it was almost impossible to reach anyone! In two days, we didn't see a single staff member.

We got a big square room with a mini kitchenette. Good wifi reception and tv channels works perfectly. Only con is the small wardrobe and hardly any clothes rack in bathroom
