Hotel is older but rooms were clean, functional and a lot of space which was really nice. Very pleasant. Bit of an issue at check in where receptionist was wanting us to pay again even though we had paid through ******* well in advance, but was finally settled.

Great value for the location, lovely reception staff. Big rooms. Yes, its quite dated, but room was perfect for our needs, and the ability to cook out own food was a bonus

Very convenient for exploring New Plymouth, everything accessible within reasonable walking distance. The motel is a bit dated but in great condition, clean, comfortable and everything works as it should. Manager extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice motel with a very central location. The room, toilet and kitchen were a bit dated but they were clean and spacious, and I think that, overall, the price/quality ratio is hard to beat.

Staff was lovely and nice, very attentitive and lived on site. Pool was cold but spa was nice and hot.
Room was ice cold even with the heater on all night. Was pretty noisy next to the highway also but conveniently right in the middle of town.

No adequate heating. Black mould on bathroom ceiling. No hot water in kitchen. Sockets not working. Light in lounge flicker. Fan heater filthy. Beneficiary staying on site
