Radisson RED Hotel, Oslo Airport in Gardermoen

The stay itself was fine—clean room, decent service—but the logistics were a mess. There are two Radisson Blu hotels at the Oslo airport with nearly identical names, and it’s not clear which one you’re booking until it’s too late.

We ended up dragging our luggage back and forth across the airport because we followed signs to the wrong location. Staff told us it happens all the time. That’s not a great sign. The naming and directions feel lazy and confusing, especially for tired travelers dealing with international flights and baggage.

Once we got to the right one, the experience was smooth enough. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the check-in process was quick. No complaints about the actual stay. But by that point, we’d already wasted a chunk of time and energy trying to figure out where to go.

If you stay here, double-check the address and be prepared to walk a bit—even if it says “airport hotel,” it might not be the one connected directly to your terminal.

Would I stay again? Maybe, but only if I had extra time and triple-checked the booking details.
