The service was good and the room was also clean & tidy. Breakfast was included for every booking and their breakfast buffet was excellent too. The most important thing is it's just right next to the Central Station, where everything is so convenient, highly recommend for people looking for a hotel in Olso.

Very convenient location. Easy to travel to every where
If coming from airport, can take the airport express train ( Flytoget). Fast & convenient. Hotel is clean & neat. Bed is very comfortable.

The staff charged me twice because I had already made the reservation through Trip.com, but I was asked to swipe my card again.

Loved this place overall. It is located right in front of the central station, so once you take the train from the airport, you can reach the hotel without a long walk with your suitcase. I truly recommend the breakfast — many Norwegian dishes are amazing.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Munch, UFF, the train station, and the opera house. There are also many dining options nearby.

The breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls and muffins 🥞.

The cleanliness was average; the sheets and duvet had some holes.

The environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation.

The location was convenient, right outside the train station at exits 13 and 14.

Not great service for a 4*. Had to beg for a spare charger when I left mine on the office. Eventually they let me borrow it. Amenities just wasn’t up to standard and rooms are thin and can be noisy. Location good.

We arrived quite late, but luckily the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, right outside the station. The service was excellent, and while the room was small, it was very cozy. The entire hotel had a high-quality feel to its decor. Breakfast was also delicious, living up to its five-star reputation. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

It was super convenient to get to the airport. I spent half a day exploring the library and art gallery, then headed straight to the airport. Very convenient, and the stay was comfortable too.
