Reviews
However We entered to a long queue of people waiting for their check-in with only one manager as desk to handle. We got two keys and both of them did not work. From 6th floor after just entering from a long travel we had to go down to get it sorted again with all the luggage we had. You would say entitled but when you are exhausted- you just want to rest.
The mattresses were pathetic and my back ached because of how bumpy it was. If you sleep in it- you need all the strength in your body to get out of it as the mattress literally goes into the bed.
The only good part was the shower as it was a separate cubicle designated for it. The room cleaning was well as well.
But sleep quality and room size was not put the mark. We took chances to open our luggage.
Very close to the public transport (metro and bus). Great breakfast, many options.
Yes, I loved it and I will definitely be back.
Breakfast buffet is very good and gives you great start to your morning.
Location is a little far from the city area but very well connected to the city but trains and bus.
Would highly recommend for families
The bathroom was modern and nice, but the room itself was small, with little space for luggage or personal items. A serious concern was that the room door often did not lock properly unless tried several times. Location is convenient for the airport bus (FB3), but not ideal for reaching the city center. Prices for basics, such as €5 for a bottle of water, felt excessive.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, the service and room setup need improvement. Our stay was average at best.
