The hotel is located near the pier, so there aren't too many tourists, making for a relaxing environment. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and shopping is convenient even if you're not into luxury goods. There are also a few good restaurants nearby that I recommend trying; you can see them as soon as you arrive at the hotel entrance.

I stayed here on a business trip. We held a workshop in the hotel's conference room, and the accessibility to the room was excellent. I was satisfied. Pretty cool hotel on a great street. I stayed here with my family while visiting Oslo. We really liked the design/decor of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. It's located on a street with plenty of shopping and restuarant options. It only takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the downtown/waterfront area and the trams run continuously.

The room was spacious, but you had to go to the second floor and take the elevator, which was inconvenient. The worst part was that the bathroom shower stall had no partitions, so the shower water would overflow.

This is a great hotel to stay at on your trip to Bergen. The hotel has a fantastic location close to the water front and an easy walk to the tram, shopping, restaurants, among the many attractions. There are so many different places to eat and a wide variety of food to chose from. The hotel is staffed by very nice people who speak a variety of languages. There is free coffee and tea around the corner...

The room was nice, and the location in the city center was suitable for business trips; however, the breakfast selection was not very extensive.
