The location is really good as it allows you to get to most of the sites of the city very easily and quickly. There's also a few convenient stores and supermarket nearby, it's not that difficult to find food, water or any other amenities easily.

We had a great stay here and will definitely look to book further Thon on future travels.
The staff were all really friendly and the additional bonus of the light evening meal complimentary was amazing.

The hotel was well-located and the staff was helpful and generally excellent. We did find a rubber glove in the duvet and some stains on the bedsheet, and after talking with the front desk they moved us to another room for the night, which we appreciated. This hotel has a lot of interior rooms overlooking the atrium where breakfast is served, and those windows don't open so temperature control is difficult. The thing I disliked most is that the rooms are tiny, even by European hotel standards.

The shower area is too small you can’t even move inside need to take 2 elevators to reach your room the lobby is not spacious too. Not fun to stay

The room was spacious, but you had to go to the second floor and take the elevator, which was inconvenient. The worst part was that the bathroom shower stall had no partitions, so the shower water would overflow.

This is a great hotel to stay at on your trip to Bergen. The hotel has a fantastic location close to the water front and an easy walk to the tram, shopping, restaurants, among the many attractions. There are so many different places to eat and a wide variety of food to chose from. The hotel is staffed by very nice people who speak a variety of languages. There is free coffee and tea around the corner from the reception, and they have a small reception area with some seating to you can get a drink or just wait for friends to come down to the lobby. The breakfast, which opens at 6:30 is a dream! One of the best breakfasts I have seen in many years of traveling. The room are good sized, but that obvious depends on what you ask/pay for. We enjoyed out stay here immensely!

The room was nice, and the location in the city center was suitable for business trips; however, the breakfast selection was not very extensive.

Very good location. The breakfast is excellent, super complete and of very good quality. One point against it is that they only have one Nespresso machine and people gather waiting. Everything else is a 10.

All the elevators didn't work, not for a few hours, but still didn't work from the afternoon until noon the next day.

This is the friendliest hotel. If I had a choice, I would choose this hotel first.
