The hotel was wonderful. Clean and spacious rooms accomodated our needs. The breakfast buffet was OUTSTANING. Fresh and hot food with a great variety to choose from.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient and strategic – perfect for food, shopping, and getting around. No complaints there! The reception staff were kind, helpful, and very informative, which made check-in and getting around much easier.

The room itself is quite small, and the bathroom is very narrow. The bed could be more comfortable, and one downside is that the room has no air conditioning. This makes it better suited for autumn or winter stays – during spring and summer, it can get very hot. If you open the window, bugs may come in, so I recommend asking reception for a fan, which they kindly provided.

Also, you can’t lock the room from the inside, which felt a bit unusual, but I still felt safe overall.

Now for the highlight – the breakfast is absolutely amazing! From smoked salmon to caviar and other delicious options, it was so good I didn’t even feel like eating lunch afterward. Truly marvellous.

I’d definitely return, especially during the cooler seasons. A few quirks, but overall a pleasant stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – it is close to a shopping mall and a 7-Eleven, which made everything very convenient. Transportation is also easy since the hotel is near the tram station.

The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. The staff and receptionists were very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed and at home.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient location, good service, and a comfortable stay.

Pretty cool hotel on a great street.
I stayed here with my family while visiting Oslo. We really liked the design/decor of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. It's located on a street with plenty of shopping and restuarant options. It only takes 15 minutes by tram to get to the downtown/waterfront area and the trams run continuously.

There was a little accident that the hotel assigned overlapping rooms, and my room card opened the room of a guest who was already staying there. But fortunately, the hotel assigned me a larger room.

Great location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice.

However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms.

Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

The breakfast had many options, good food quality, and fresh meals. The room was nice, cozy, and clean. The location was very convenient, and it was easy to take public transportation. Plus: they have baggage storage service (after checkout) which is super helpful if your flight is late and you still want to explore the city.
