Nice breakfast, and the price was reasonable.

Everything was good. Employees were super friendly with welcome drinks. Bunk beds are always the same in Scandic for kids. Breakfast is always delicious in Scandic. One thing that was non sense was the parking fee. It costs 450 nok for one night. Had I known this in the beginning, I would have consider airbnb also. I know it is Norway so parking fee is expansive but this parking fee is out of line

We stayed with our family (2 children) for the night. The room was nice, clean, cozy, good location (near the center). The breakfast was quite tasty (buffet), I recommend taking it. God seng og frukost og hyggeleg personale..Få fasilitetar på rommet, lite bad og ikkje reint alle stader. Det var nokre flekkar på nattbordet, og golvet var ikkje heilt reint. Hotellet ber noko preg av slitasje mange stader. Berre ein heis var i drift, og det skapte mykje venting.

Nice food, gentle people, but the rooms are a little bit small. The beds in the new building are to small, only 80x200 cm. Thats a shame

Very good breakfast, and every thing was good, the only inconvenience is a bit struggled to find a close parking space even if you pay.

This is a large modern hotel quite a way outside of Trondheim, although the bus stop is only over the road and takes only 20mins to reach the city centre. I stayed with my wife and 15yr old son in a family room - he had a mezzanine style bunk bed above our bed which was pretty cool. Bathroom, shower and room was modern and v clean. Great overall Amazing breakfast spread (massive and delicious with so many options). Room was of good quality, but not a great location if you have a car. The recommended public lot is a disaster. Would recommend if you’re traveling without a car but not with a car

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. But the windows in our room were pretty bad. Instead of seeing outdoor, like the pictures shown here, it opens in an interior area that includes the breakfast area. Not only it means it wasn't fully dark during the night, but also if we opened the window, we had no fresh air coming in. Not all rooms have that kind of windows, but a lot do.

Hot room The room was rather small but clean and nice, BUT very very hot! I have now stayed at two Scandic hotels this summer and both have been sooo hot. Only help is a small fan at both hotels. The answer I got here was, no hotell in Trondheim has AC? Breakfast was really nice but too crowded. Would not stay again on a warm day.

Great hotel. Good breakfast. The downside of our room (and not mentioned beforehand) was that the window faced the interior. So if you opened it, you were exposed to all the noise from the lobby.

I know Norway is expensive, but... the size Q bedroom was small... and it wasn't like a chicken coop... and they only cleaned once every four days? Breakfast was so-so. The staff was friendly. If I were asked if I would stay here again, I would say no.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with a nearby parking lot. The front desk service was also very good. We checked in at 3 p.m. and we arrived at around 2 p.m. and were also able to check in early.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Trondheim. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is attentive, genuine, and friendly. The breakfast area is clean and delicious each day. It's also very quiet for sleeping. Highly recommended.

In general, this is a good hotel. Great location. If you come from the airport by bus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff overall. The main drawback for me is the noise transfer from the nearby rooms which is shockingly bad for a seemingly modern building. The typical door slamming and heavy-footed thuding can be heard from the rooms above and nextdoor....

Ok hotel. 3 minutes walk from central train station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very nice breakfast that worked well even with low FOFMAP diet. A bit old carpets in the hallway. AAbit noisy on weekend nights

Room and breakfast were great! The location is nice and not too loud in regards to street noise. We could hear the rowdy neighbors in the hall all night and a random person knocked on our door at 4am looking for their friend while very inebriated. I stayed for three nights as a solo traveler in a Standard Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet at night. Breakfast started at 6:30 am and offered a good range of options. The hotel’s location in the town centre made getting around easy, with a shopping mall, restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. Vi bestilte De luxe rom, det som var De luxe var størrelsen på rommet og på 2stk 150cm dobbeltsenger. Gode madrasser . Badekaret manglet propp for å stenge avløpet, avløpet var delvis tett, badet var en lysfontene uten mulighet for dimming, tv'n slet med Chromecast'n. Meget god frokost. Only minuses were that wiiFi was unapologetically down for the entire stay and TV broken, and one of the staff was rather curt and unhelpful — but I wouldn’t not stay there for that reason alone!

Rooms were not cleaned well and it is extremely basic. It is also quite noisy with the main road or if people are outside talking there is not much sound proofing. Good breakfast and handy location.

We loved the location near public transport and historic sites to visit in an easily walkable town center. The room, however was hot and stuffy with windows closed and cooler but very noisy with windows open.

The location was at the exact centre of the city, with a 5-minute walk to Trondheim sentrum station. Brilliant service with complimentary breakfast. Tommy, who was at the desk, was superb, friendly, and so helpful. I had a great time at the hotel being a business traveller. Recommend it to all travellers.

Outstanding staff This property is not a sparkling, newly built property, but is quite comfortable and has the most accommodating and helpful staff I think I've ever encountered. They made all the difference in our visit.

Great personell. They were friendly, helpful and expedient. Excellent location. Room was well kept and showed minimal signs of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable to sleep in, wifi was serviceable. View into the yard wasn't the greatest but this also meant my room was shielded from traffic noise. Overall I had a great stay, recommended.
