OK, minus slitt rom med oppussing av terasse

Faulty coffee make. Change of room. Lacking coffee cups on the next room. Everything else were good. Cleanliness,design etc. Strange that the hotel allow a faculty a coffee maker with error light remain in the room. Keeping in mind the fire danger that may pose...... This might be only a managemt problem. Failure to check rooms prior to accepting new guests.

The hotel staff's response was disappointing. They repeatedly insisted I hadn't paid, even though I had already. Nevertheless, I'm giving it a 4-star rating because of Trip.com's friendly service. Aside from that, the breakfast was delicious, and the view was nice.

We enjoyed our one night stay at Scandic Hotel in Haugesund. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was as expected and bed comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was excellent! Such a variety and many fresh options! The area of town was plain, and for some reason there are multiple Thai massage businesses nearby, but easy to walk to the waterside and main shopping street. Overall, would recommend...

The immediate neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. Breakfast was very good. Dinner included, but on Friday night it was closed.

Clean and comfortable Very clean, good sized room. Hotel was centrally positioned within walking distance to the harbour, shopping areas and local coach station. Breakfast choices were excellent.

Quiet cozy hotel with large rooms and good food, especially the dinner buffet. The only thing i didn't like was the pillows :)

The receptionist Andrea was very nice and polite. We arrived late after the kitchen had closed but we were still offered dinner, which was very nice and we even got dessert.

Receptionist, Andrea, was very welcoming and kind. Even though we arrived quite late, we were offered a delicious warm dinner. Would definitely come here again! 100% recommend it, lovely place

Great service, we arrived after the ferries were cancelled due to bad weather. Got there at 10.30 and were given a very nice dinner with excellent service from Andrea :)

The hotel had an adequate standard. Central location. The service was Nice. Tasteful breakfast. The familyroom was large and open. Good lightning and air.

I frequently use this hotel on business trips to Haugesund and rate this hotel highly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with the usual hotel noise but nothing drastic. The breakfast buffet is excellent. All in all an enjoyable place to stay when visiting this area.

Friendly staff Breakfast is limited but still better than breakfast you normally will receive in southern Europe No free parking places As normally the wifi is well working When you connect a wifi on “Olav Thon Hotel” you will automatically connect the next OTH Wifi.

As previous stay it was a wonderful experience with very good service together with friendly and a wonderful staff which make you feel great hospitality. Room was very nice, clean and newly renovated. The Breakfast and other food are excellent as well.

Location is perfect. Short walk to main walking street in Haugesund and easy to find from main road. Parking is not owned by the hotel, and we found street parking just around the corner from the hotel, but there will be fees at given times to pay. Food was ok, missed a bigger selection of fruits at the breakfast, and propper cups for cofee and tea. Liked that there is a water hotter for tea making...

This is a low cost, but cozy hotel with good service and relatively central location. I just stayed for one night, but I was very satisfied.

I went to visit my brother for a few days to Haugesund, in January, and I couldn't be happier with staying at the Hotel Haugesund. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was very close to the town center. They can also help you to connect with a very affordable taxi driver to get to the airport when your trip is over. Thank you!

I was happy with my stay here, you get everything you need at an affordable price. The service was excellent, and the breakfast area had a cozy atmosphere. The staff consistently made sure everything was okay and were always ready to help when needed. Another big plus is the great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The room looked nice in the website’s picture, but I have been around the block enough times to know anyone can tweak a pix. Nevertheless, the deal they gave me online was much better than anyone else in the area, so I figured we could put up with anything for a single night. But I was wrong. About the putting up with. There was nothing to put up with. Right from the get go, Ragu at the front desk...

If you are expecting a luxury stay, the hotel will not meet your expectations, as is perceived in other reviews. BUT here you get a nice, cozy hotel room for a cheap price. In other words, you get what you pay for! The host was nice and service-minded. Nothing to fault about this hotel, centrally located in Haugesund.

Had a nice experience staying at this hotel. Easy to find and the hotel is centrally located. Good bed and close to grocery store and many restaurants. Satisfied with my stay as it was affordable and in a good location.
