The room looked nice in the website’s picture, but I have been around the block enough times to know anyone can tweak a pix. Nevertheless, the deal they gave me online was much better than anyone else in the area, so I figured we could put up with anything for a single night. But I was wrong. About the putting up with. There was nothing to put up with. Right from the get go, Ragu at the front desk, friendly, warm, explaining things well. Not one of the front desk guys who is angry with you because you walked in and interrupted his playing on his game boy. The room was every bit as spacious and clean as the pix had portrayed. I walked in and they had the air conditioning on, room cool. That was an added touch. Breakfast in a bag was interesting, nothing I would write home about, but the coffee was plenty good. I didn’t jump in the pool, but it did look inviting. Overall, a pleasant stay, easy to get to from the highway, reasonable price, clean room and facilities, microwave & mini-frig, friendly staff. This will be my go-to place for Chula Vista.

We stayed here for a night and everything looked good until we got into the room. The restaurant was closed because of renovations (no info online). On their website is said that the tv had Chromecast but there was not. And the door handle on the bathroom door was almost falling off and there was holes in the door. If you like to not feel stressed DONT STAY HERE

Newly renovated, large rooms, all necessary facilities, nice bathrooms, very good location, lovely staff, competitive prices. Breakfast ok, but a bit limited choices, but to be expected at a semi self-service hotel. Simply a great choice for any type of stay.

Very cosy accommodation and very helpfull and friendly staff, really nothing is too much. I would recomment this to my friends. Nice breakfast and vieuw. Right near to the harbour and city center. Good and quit location.

Arrived in the late evening, without luggage due to SAS strike (which is fine, please c'mon provide all the ground personel a living wage..) Front desk mister Daniel didnt hesitate to run back and forth to his own house and provide me with a serving of much needed contact lense water to use untill the luggage will arrive. Awsome service! Travelled for business and expect the project follow ups to also book at the Sure Hotel.

This is unmanned hotel. Also unclean, unhygienic, uneverything including no wifi and no hot water
Bathroom smelled awful. Hair and dirt on the toilet, mold in the floor and chunks of vomit on the wall.
Room floor is dirty you can see balls of dirt and hair. I had to clean the floor myself because it was so disgusting to walk on it and I can't wear my shoes all the time.
Breakfast is so basic, but honestly it doesn't matter. It was awful to touch anything let alone to eat in that place. Even light switch and tables had tons of dust on them.
I don't see any reason to stay here unless every other hotel is booked.

So bad. Dirty, smelly. Shower full of mould, dirty carpets. We choose family room as we traveler with Kids. Found a box of old food under the bed. We did not stay there. Staff was friendly and understand our complaint. Sorry but not reccomended

They had a fail in their system, so They put out 3 beds instead of 4. So much noice at night, it was impossible to sleep Even with closed Windows, and it was so hot, and no aircondition. They served dinnner buffet for 195 per person. The menu said Biff stroganoff. But it was only Meat sauce with NO meat in it. The Staff didnt Even know what was in there. They also gave us pineapple. The only good thing is that it was located in the sentrum.

The breakfast is so bad I'm almost impressed at the level of stingy they are. Out of date bread every day, bad selection and stale food 🤮🤮

trash, absolute trash, the staff are really rude aswell, wouldn't recommend it! think twice before coming in that trash can. oh forgot to mention, the staff team is also racist.
