Arrived late night and Karoline took care of things swiftly and attentively. Only have spent the first night and have already felt like home. Great hospitality and this hotel deserves a higher rating than what it is!

We went here for Christmas party from work. It was really well organised, great food and the service was really good. We had a great time and the hotel itself is really nice, well decorated, cosy. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a party or just dinner as well.

A quality hotel 10 min from the airport and city centre. Easy to each with airport bus and similarly bus to thr city centre. Situated next door to the Stavanfer Oilers hockey team.

The parking lot is far and inconvenient, but the room itself is fine, comparable to a budget hotel in China. Nordic breakfasts are pretty much the same at every hotel, and even wealthy Europeans can't compare to what you'd find at the University of Tokyo. The front desk lady was very helpful, and I give her a perfect 5 out of 5.

Clarion Hotel Energy made for an excellent start to the trip, from something as simple as helping me procure a lighter to serving the most lovely hot sjokolade. The sunny, airy rooms were a delight, and the service was super efficient throughout. A stay that blended warmth, comfort, and care effortlessly.

The hotel is very close to the bus stations, some good restaurants and also the tourist spots! The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning soap and shampoo are provided. And the breakfast has lots of choices. The sauna is great place to relax. Highly recommend!!

Room was too warm, and room are a little tired and worn. Stayed forvrwo weeks and cleaning towel change etc was below par for the first week, but got better in the second week. Breakfast was decent, but it is off-putting that the multiple staff gathers in full view to eat breakfast alongside guests. Never experienced that in any hotel ever after four decades of globetrotting. Strange.

Overall the hotel was very nice, but the construction and getting in and out of the parking lot was challenging.

We will come back Quiet place, huge rooms, old standard, very nice breakfast, helpful reception, beautiful and Central arena.

Even though I checked in late, they welcomed me warmly. The breakfast was decent, and it's close to the altar rock. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option, I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast is very rich. P.S. It is a chain. The breakfast is the same. I ate it for three days. It is a 10-minute drive from the city center. The ferry route to Pulpit Rock is 55 minutes. The hotel is very new. Parking is free on weekends. It is very convenient. I will come again next time.

The service ability is very poor, repeated charges were made, I had already paid in advance, and charged again after leaving the store. I have applied for a week and still haven’t got it back.

The hotel is located in the city centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the bus and train stations. Most attractions are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The included breakfast offers a good variety of options to enjoy. We travelled as a family, so the room felt a bit small for us, but it wasn’t a problem since we only needed it for sleeping.

The best! Our suite was huge with a beautiful view. We loved the rooftop cocktail bar and the breakfast was the best of our entire trip. We stayed in fancier hotels but this one was my favorite.

The hotel with good services and out of expectation breakfast. The breakfast served many varieties of food with good taste. Hotel location is near the Central Bus Station and Train Station but it has some slopes to go to the hotel that will be a bit tired for tourists with big luggage.

The room was large and well-equipped. The bathroom was semi-enclosed and prone to overflowing, and room cleaning required a one-day advance reservation (there's a card in the room reminding you to do so). The hotel's location and surroundings are good, about a 15-minute walk from Central Station.

The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes' drive from the cruise ship terminal. There are Vietnamese, Japanese and local restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The supermarket is a little far away.

Overall, the hotel is good, like the entire Scandic chain. The location is superb, the breakfasts are delicious. We were just unlucky with our room. For some reason, ours was 28 degrees Celsius when we checked in. We couldn't get the ventilation system working, so we had to change rooms. And in the new room, instead of a beautiful view, there were only closed, broken blinds on the window that couldn...

The hotel has a pool but you have to make a reservation. I my case I had a check in after normal working hours and it was not positive to get access to the pool area as it was already booked. I you rent out hotel rooms with access to a pool and fitness area it should be accessible for everyone.

Room was comfortable but could’ve used more pillows. Otherwise loved the spacious room. Would have liked to see some local ciders offered at bar, but not a deal breaker. Bartenders were friendly. Front desk staff were helpful. Parking in Stavanger is a pain for someone like me, especially with road construction going on. But we managed. Only real issue we ran into was a drunk man in hot tub...

You have to manually book for room service and there is NO air conditioner in the hotel rooms. Had to sleep with the window open while it was noisy outside. Breakfast amazing plenty of choice. Pool and sauna lovely. Jacuzzi was out of order during our stay but did not cause us an issue. Location perfect and the room was very quiet. Would recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room was quite small with a poor view, which was not what I expected. What was most concerning, however, was my interaction with the front desk staff. When I asked simple questions about the hotel amenities—specifically about the gym, sauna, and other facilities—the staff member asked me who had booked my reservation...

Poor cofffee quality in such a high end hotel The breakfast coffee must improve. It is like brown water and even when you order a cappuccino it is still not a proper coffee but some kind of powder dissolved in hot water. Honestly do invest in a proper Italian coffee machine asap 🙏

Unfortunately, the service in the hotel is not very helpful. I forgot my charger and asked me for a 84 € expensive service to send it. The rest is good quality but nothing special.
