Rooms are small but decent. Breakfast is good. Location is wonderful with restaurants, shops, railway station close to hotel. Nearby Cruise terminal is a wonderful place for walking and having multiple restaurants giving good vibes.

Located locally. Fresh rooms and great breakfast for a reasonable price! Downsides: We missed outlets beside the beds and the existing outlets would not work if the roof head lamp wasn't turned on.

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, 6.700 meters away from the train station and bus station. Since Stavanger is on a slope, it is not easy to find a road suitable for dragging luggage. The facilities are relatively old, the room area is not large, and the service and breakfast are also OK.

We have a lake facing room. Size is adequate for 1 night stay. Gym with threadmill with free weights. Staff are friendly. No free car parking near the hotel.

Its proximity to both the lake and the harbor made it ideal for sightseeing. My positive impression of Stavanger is largely thanks to this hotel. I was very pleased that this was my first hotel stay upon arriving in Norway. The only minor issue was that the door seemed faulty, making it difficult to lock it with the key card.

The room was great, and the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast exceeded expectations. I switched room types during my two-day stay. While there was a check-in process for the new room, I was told that since I hadn't technically left the hotel, I would only receive two complimentary bottles of water. I had to buy my own on the second day. Prices in Norway are shockingly high!

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. (I had initially booked another hotel within the same group but had concerns about their service, so I was glad I switched to this one.) All the staff at the breakfast area greeted us with smiles, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again...

This is the better hotel among the hotels I have stayed during my trip to Norway. It's value for money. The booking comes with an impressive buffet breakfast. The room is cozy and clean. Nice hotel suitable for families

950 yuan, high cost performance. It only takes 37 minutes to get to Pulpit Rock because it passes through the world's longest Subsea Road tunnel, which is 14.4 km long and opened in 2019. Before that, you had to take a ferry.

It is about 6-8 minutes walking distance to the nearest bus stop. If it’s raining, it’ll not be a good option. Overall, we have a good experience here with renovated room and tasty breakfast at 21F.

There was a very friendly lady at the reception she was very very good, she sounded abit spanish probably Elena? She was probably the best part of the hotel. The hotel is very basic. Good location but no parking facility. The room was extremely small so was abit surprised. The TV was not smart so you are stuck with some channels.

The room was very small which could be a challenge for larger individuals, but otherwise was fantastic!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was the perfect size for one person and it was so clean in the hotel and there is always a worker there to help if you need anything.

The location is a bit in the middle of stavanger and sandness. But staff are friendly. It is a good choice when it comes to the price.

This is my first time staying in a hotel converted from a hospital inpatient department. The foreigners really made good use of it. The conditions are OK. Norway is really expensive.

The room is quite spacious, the breakfast is rich, the location is convenient for travel, and there is a Hertz car rental company and a supermarket next to it. The only shortcoming is that the fabric sofa and chairs in the room have obvious stains and feel unclean. It is recommended that the hotel strengthen inspection and maintenance of cleaning.

The breakfast was good and the service was excellent and exceeded expectations.

Located in the university, hotel is quiet and clean. Driving to downtown is 12 minutes, 12 minutes also to the airport. Works great for us.

Hotel is cozy and clean. Shower and shampoo gels are Rituals. Breakfast is also very good with a lot of hot dishes. Parking in a location nearby.

The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was still quite good!

For some reason, the room rate for this night was 800-900 RMB higher than the previous day, so it wasn't good value for money. Normally, the price is only a little over 1000 RMB, which is acceptable at this price. Cleanliness: The bathroom had almost no hard-to-reach areas, so I was quite satisfied.

A fantastic choice for a stay in Stavanger! Havly Hotell is perfectly situated just a short walk from the waterfront and the historic old town.

The room however did get quite warm but opening the window was not an option as we were on the 1st floor next to the road so sounds echo-ed quite a bit. Website says there's a breakfast room but I couldn't find it and since there's no reception (that I could find anyway), there was no one to ask. That said, very easy check in with txt code, room was spotless and comfortable and hotel is in an excellent location.

Good choice Even though it was check in with code without meeting the staff everything went smooth and there was clear information way ahead and whenever you had a question or needed help there was a phone number that you got answer very fast. The cleaning staff was amazing.
