Beautiful hotel with nice view. Very convenient for skiing

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access from the train station platform. The sauna and gym facilities offer direct views of Lake Voss, which is highly recommended. For breakfast, they even have fresh avocados!

Hotel is located at convenient location , but not really suitable for group tours as no alighting or pick up point , it’s quite a distance away , no proper signage too as front desk located at 2nd floor , if any group having senior with difficulty in walking , not recommended , but others should be ok

The red carpet welcomed us as we arrived on the train from Oslo. This hotel in not only convenient for train travelers but also close to the gondola ( which is also at the train station ). The hotel has a nice restaurant and is also walkable to many other restaurants. We didn't have time to use the gym or sauna but the facilities were clean and the view from the gym is amazing. Perfect Experience. Staff at reception when we arrived was super nice. She went out of her way to help us with plates and lighter (as we wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday), so was super happy with her. Same for breakfast, we were only 2 people in that hotel for that night (due to off season) but had full menu prepared for breakfast. Which says a lot about the standard this hotel is maintaining...

This hotel was fine for a one night stop. Rooms were clean. Staff were pleasant. Dinner was good while breakfast was not great. The coffee is pretty horrible. The place is basically designed as a ski in/ ski out hotel so it has pretty basic amenities and is constructed to take abuse. For us it was basically a place to sleep on the way to somewhere else- nothing exceptional. Very average.

The hotel is on the way to Voss, just off the valley. Fortunately, the road is a two-way street, and the scenery is quite nice. The hotel is attached to the ski resort and has a chalet-style design. While the price is a bit high, it's quite nice. It's peak season, so bookings are difficult. The phone can also be charged slowly.

Very friendly staff and ideal ski resort for beginners, the lessons given by Sebastian were very good. The hotel was nice and clean. I wasn't too keen on the food, it wasn't too bad but options were limited but I can live with that. The staff here were very helpful and the restaurant dinner was excellent!

From the moment my friend and I arrived, we were attended to with joy, kindness and care for our visit! The staff responded to questions or concerns and activity ideas in the immediate area near the Kinsarvik Fjordhotel. Mario, in particular was helpful and so thoughtful sharing information Norwegian Fjords history & hikes.

The staff were excellent especially the guy in the restaurant who was very helpful despite being alone !

Enjoyed everything but breakfast was not great. Friendly staff and clean! Cute town. Great nearby hikes.

Lovely location but some minor improvements could be made. There was no mirror in the bedroom (in a superior room!) and nowhere to put toiletries or hang clothes in the tiny bathroom. No milk for the tea and coffee that was provided. Bathroom screen was too small and had a gap under bottom seal so the floor flooded and there was very little dry space to stand. I booked an evening meal in the restaurant...

Group of 12 students and we rented 2 wood houses - very cozy, but with one downside: the fetid odor of the water from the tap and the shower, probably a sporadic problem. Apart from that, the location of the camping is really great, coordinating some nice views in the surrounding. I recommend it. ?

10 mts walking distance from port.. And you have to walk beside highway.. Apart from that it was nice place. You need to pay for bedsheets. You need to clean up after you use the room. The most wonderful part was having breakfast from your house viewing the waterfalls.

nice and quiet... the facilities are really basic but it was not crowded so even only 2 showers and 2 toilets were enough. The cleaning was outstanding... even when it was raining outside, the toilets were never muddy... We stayed in a cabin which we have booked through their website. the reservation was so easy and comfortable. Well done! The cabin definitely needed some modernization but the price...

Beautiful vacation spot Great view, nice room, friendly staff and delicious buffet dinner. The hotel offered parking with ev charger, unfortunately there were additional costs associated with the parking. The pool was great, steam sauna was ok. The hotel left a great impression overall.

Delightful stay at the Ullensvang Hotel—an oasis of beauty and tranquility! The fjord is unbelievably stunning and the property is both pristine and elegant. So many beautiful rooms throughout the property where you can sit with friends or quietly by yourself reading a book. Very thoughtful design that is highly grounded in historical context. The hotel was wonderful, amazing location with fantastic view of the fjords. Love the old traditional Norwegian details around in the common areas. The breakfast spread was super nice. We had a cider tour from the hotel lobby to one of the fruit farms in the area where we got to try 4 different ciders they had produced themselves. Also a few options for food around the hotel. We had pizza at lofthus...

Scenery was awesome! Bedding and shower was very average. Food was excellent.

You can see the fjord, I think it should be a very popular hotel in summer. The room is clean and the service is OK. It’s just that sometimes I ignore others.

It's pretty good. The location is good, and although it's a shared restroom, it's very clean. The environment is quiet, but the room is a bit small, and it felt a little cramped after opening your suitcase.

Bathroom, room was clean. Very old building but has some decency to it. Had to drag heavy luggage to the hotel and up stairs in hotel. No lift. View is amazing.

Overall decent hotel with a great potential not utilized. Common areas are beautiful but not used. Location is the best part as near everything in the small village. Pricy for what you get.

It's sufficient for an overnight stay, but that's about it.

A budget hotel with 18 rooms in total. No lifts. Most rooms are on level 2 and some are on level 3. No individual bath and toilet but sharing.  Clean and good for just staying a night for a bed. Free parking.

The hotel is located right next to the Gudvangen pier, serving the famous fjord cruise (round trip between Gudvangen and Flam). Check-in is done in a glass room shared by the reception, souvenir shop, and restaurant; you pick up the key and go to the adjacent bungalow area to check in. While the facilities are relatively basic due to limited space, they are all there and very cozy, including a kettle...

Quirky Viking themed rooms were very spacious but had large skylights which would probably have been annoying in mid Summer  Gudvanger is a better location for staying than Flam itself which really is just a tourist trap cruise ship terminal for the scenic railway

I enjoy the view, the receptionist is superb too. Very good experience .  

The hotel was clean, but the amenities were very basic. Staying at the end of July meant no mosquitoes and it was very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable, and the room size was decent and not cramped. The hotel breakfast was average compared to other hotels.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Check-in was successful already at 12 noon which was quite a surprise. The room was clean and the views from the window were amazing. The food was excellent both in the fish restaurant and at breakfast. A couple of things that could improve the customer experience at breakfast in my opinion would be bigger plates and if the names of the different dishes...
