The worst room design ever. Never seen anything so ugly in my entire life. Nothing like other Scandic hotels. Avoid at any cost if you have a sence of esthetics!

Honestly, this was the worst hotel I stayed at during my Europe trip. There was no service to speak of, they wouldn't even provide tissues. The flimsy bed felt like it could collapse at any moment, and there were bugs everywhere. To top it off, I was woken up by loud train noises in the middle of the night.

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access from the train station platform. The sauna and gym facilities offer direct views of Lake Voss, which is highly recommended. For breakfast, they even have fresh avocados!

Hotel is located at convenient location , but not really suitable for group tours as no alighting or pick up point , it’s quite a distance away , no proper signage too as front desk located at 2nd floor , if any group having senior with difficulty in walking , not recommended , but others should be ok

The red carpet welcomed us as we arrived on the train from Oslo. This hotel in not only convenient for train travelers but also close to the gondola ( which is also at the train station ). The hotel has a nice restaurant and is also walkable to many other restaurants. We didn't have time to use the gym or sauna but the facilities were clean and the view from the gym is amazing. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and well appointed.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, right next to the train and the teleferic, and the reception area was fantastic spacious, with 24 hour snacks and coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel safe; the staff were very kind and helpful, and everything felt perfect except for the first family room we got, which was far too small (better for two people, not three), but thankfully we were upgraded to a larger suite that was much better, although the windows were a bit inconvenient and slanted instead of straight.

Very pleasant stay with great location: right off the train platform (no need to go to the streets). Clean and modern room. Our room faces gondola, train station and the breathtaking view of the mountain. It can be a bit distracting at night when one train pulls in. But in general it is beautiful and quiet. Again, you can't beat the location.
