Very good hotel in Jasło. Nice room, tasty food in the restaurant. Very friendly and professional staff. The only thing I cannot understand is why it is called Imperial. There is nothing imperial in it. Which is a good thing!

Booked last minute while driving through Poland and it was a great little find, about 10 mins from A4, good clean hotel, tea and coffee in the room, clean bathroom and comfy bed, what more do you need. Breakfast was a nice European buffet style.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. It's in the heart of Old Town of Tarnów and it gives you a very convenient starting point to walk around. This hotel has a gorgeus restaurant down stairs. We just randomly chose this place as we were walking by there and seemed like a good place where to grab a bite. Foods were staggering and service was also well above Polish average. Highly reccommend.

Right in the center of town. Clean and cute. The hotel is located in an old building, so the rooms are not your usual, cookie cutter Hyatt type rooms. They are older, but have a charm and are very spacious. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The food was good too.

Pros - Clean room with comfy bed and good shower. Onsite parking and a good breakfast. 15 minutes walk to Tarnow central square and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Cons- noisy church bells that ring regularly into the night near by. A bit tired in some areas that could do with a revamp. I would stay here again and a good place for work trips.

Bathrooms need better shampoo conditioner and lotion. Their breakfast used to be really good in the past but it is declining.

We stayed here for two days while visiting family. The rooms were kid friendly (baby cot provided) and spacious. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well, which helped. I liked the location. I felt it was easy to get to the old town by walking 10 minutes. Parking lot was accessible, too. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean.

I really didn’t like the service. I ordered on booking. I booked room with double bed and when i reached they said they dont have double bed room. Instead i had to accept two single beds room. Price was so high. One good thing is room and bathroom was clean and big.

It can get really warm in the rooms in the summer, especially since mine faced the westerly setting sun every evening. Everything else was pleasant and I especially liked the private jacuzzi you can book for a small fee. The masseuse doesn't work on Sundays, which is a disappointment because if guests come for the weekend, they should be expecting to book spa packages on a Sunday.

I think the Mercure is one of the best. It's a fantastic, large hotel with underground parking, a large pool, a spa, and a fitness center. The rooms are large and clean. The only issue is breakfast. Because of the coronavirus, you can't grab what you see and want, but you have to tell the waiter, and they'll bring it to you... It's a bit inconvenient, but the waiters are very nice!
