Good hotel of a good standard. Recently renovated so it doesn't smell new, but it is an area with history and patina. The room was very clean, there was even a bench for doing crunches. Tasty breakfast. Very good service. The only thing that could be irritating was the shower - there were stone holes in the apparatus, so the water flowed in unpleasant thin streams in different directions.

Everyone comments on the old decor etc but it has its own charm and is clean and has everything you need. Not everything has to be modern. I haven’t seen sweets on the pillow for a long time, and here’s a pleasant surprise for you, good old school, just like a hotel from the beginning of the last century.

Large rooms, great tasty food, friendly and professional service. I usually choose a different hotel every time, but this is one of those that I may return to in the near future.

Best hotel and restaurant in Tarnow, great location, friendly service, great T-bone steak and lickable marinated salmon. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, the breakfast is very rich and there is a lot of choice... I also recommend the excellent ice cream desserts. I would like to return to Bristol on November 7th. Very nice place, quiet, cosy with very good facilities and a really nice restaurant-bar. The breakfast was fine, the service was adequate and staff very polite and friendly. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and the atmosphere magnificent. It s a bit far from center but Tarnów is small anyway :)

Amazing, amazing! A "simple" but absolutely beautiful, cozy and nice hotel. Everything is clean and well equipped. The rooms are good, big and comfortable. The bathroom is good too. They pay attention in every single detail. The breakfast is good with some normal options, but again, every thing is super well made. The staffs are friendly and kind. The best hotel in the region.

It can get really warm in the rooms in the summer, especially since mine faced the westerly setting sun every evening. Everything else was pleasant and I especially liked the private jacuzzi you can book for a small fee. The masseuse doesn't work on Sundays, which is a disappointment because if guests come for the weekend, they should be expecting to book spa packages on a Sunday.

The rooms are beautiful! The front rooms have a great view! The staff is very nice and helpful! I really liked the breakfast and the extra activities in the hotel (billiard, air hockey & toys for children)!!! ?

Clean room and no thrill stay. TV cable had no English channel options. Difficult communication with the receptionist, but overall a nice stay.

The holiday home is very clean and well-kept by the owners. The service was also friendly. The most important things from the equipment are in the rooms, additionally towels, a dryer. I highly recommend.

A charming place, comfortable rooms, large, nice, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful dining room with a children's corner, friendly service, nice, quiet neighborhood, not far from the center, a slight minus - no balconies, otherwise all the rest is a big plus. I RECOMMEND!!!

Very nice place, a building from the times of the Polish People's Republic, but very nicely renovated, well-kept surroundings and affordable prices. The large kitchen is fully equipped, plus a large dining room. Polite and helpful staff. Several parking spaces available plus paid garages. Not far to the city center, but the return is uphill 😉

Nice hotel in a quiet, quiet place. Delicious food. Very nice staff, front desk people, ladies waitresses and ladies in the spa area. The rooms are suitable for renovation, but looking at the overall stay, I can definitely recommend this place.

Very strong 4 stars. Building need some refreshing- that's the only con. In plus lot of parking places, good value for this quality. Last but not least- the employees are one of the nicest I've ever met.

Despite the good service, including the health spa treatment provided by good professional and caring staff.. The hotel had major problems including no disabled access from the road to the reception or even to the lift. This meant it was a struggle to lift heavy luggage up the stairs to our rooms. The place is super silent! Reception personnel could have been a bit more friendly. Food is good. Keep in mind if you look single occupation in double/+ room, you'll have only one set of towels and 1 bad set/made. (a bit weird for the money they ask)

An amazing place with a fantastic atmosphere and service that makes you feel like you are staying with your family. Breakfasts very tasty and worth the price. Double room small but cozy. And downstairs there is a restaurant so good that you won't be looking for another place to eat. I heartily recommend and will definitely come back!

"Galicya" is the perfect place to relax and learn. The resort is situated in a very charming place with fantastic views. Very good standard rooms, nice and helpful staff and great food. Staying here allowed me to gain strength and take a break from the hustle and bustle of Krakow. I heartily recommend.

It will look like a sponsored opinion, but it really is a great resort. These views, service and dinners mmmmm :) The only downside is the steep access from the city (which the hotel has no influence on), but if you want to have views you go to the mountains, no? ;) Overall the stay was fabulous. Good location. We could get to our ski slope within 10 minutes and at night we were able to easily reach the center of the city and walk around. Parking was good. My wife and I were in your sanatorium in November this year. Personally, I have been to various sanatoriums maybe 10 times so far. But I have never seen such service as yours. I have never been able to rate all the people from the reception desk, kitchen, canteen staff, cleaning ladies and the medical facility so highly. In September, I stayed in the sanatorium with my husband. The room and bathroom were modest, but everything worked and clean. Cleaning twice a week was sufficient. Replacing hands, baths once every 3 weeks is not enough. As part of the NHF dietary rate, luxury cannot be expected. Lunch Ok, but breakfast and dinner a bit monotonous and definitely not enough vegetables, and no fruit at all. helpful....

At first I was devastated but after a while it turned out that the wolf is not as scary as it is painted. I am very pleased with my stay. The room was tidy with a toilet and shower, cleaned regularly. Ladies at the reception very nice. Treatments were organized in such a way that there was as much free time as possible for walks and trips. Ladies (and gentlemen) who carry out treatments are very polite and nice, always smiling and helpful. Daily morning gymnastics is a real pleasure. Recognition is due...

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with this hotel. Room photos on the booking website start only after the 50th photo! We were unable to reach an agreement with the lady to cancel the reservation and we had to pay for accommodation for 3 people including breakfast.... The hotel on site was very different from what was in the photos, but this interior is perfect for school trips. Location...

Decent room in the renovated wing, with a balcony and clean bedding, central location, close to the ice rink, 5 minutes to the promenade. Buffet breakfast, but there could be a wider selection of hot dishes. The price for the week was decent, so I can't complain about the breakfast. The service was polite and helpful. I will probably use it again when I have the opportunity to be in Krynica Górska

The stay was very successful. We had a very large room, beautifully equipped, nice new furniture. Large modern bathroom with a large shower cabin. We booked a room facing the yard, thinking it would be quiet because the hotel is located on a busy street. I will also add that there are two types of rooms in the hotel.
