All very nice. Outstanding customer service. Above and beyond Service desk. Breakfast a lot more than expected. If anything, could use USB ports for charging, but there are enough outlets to charge your devices. Easy access. Highly recommended. If back in town this is a place where I'll go.

Great value for money! Very clean room, I liked that all taps were new and worked fine. Comfortable bed. Rooms equipped with everything you may need.

What can I say. Excellent value for money. Staff were brilliant. Service was great. Shame they only offer breakfast option. I would highly recommend and happily book here again. Tarnow is not full of tourists, like other cities, but has just as much to offer.

OK-ish hotel. Fair price, good location close to the old town, free parking. The only downside was quite loud a/c. I'd generally recommend this place for stay in Tarnów. Well... The breakfast could have been better. I mean specifically for vegetarians and vegans the choice wasn't the best one.

A nice and cosy hotel near a railway station. A very helpful and friendly stuff, provided me with needed information and I was allowed to check in earlier. A room was clean and quite comfortable. A breakfast was fine, nothing special, the pancakes were good. A place were breakfast was served is not very cosy.

NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS!! Which hotel nowadays doesn't have those? We woke up at 5:30 a.m because of you! And the breakfast room is infested with mosquitoes but nobody seems to care. We will never come back.

Good 3 star hotel. Friendly service, some limited amenities are available at reception. Laundry is way overpriced and takes forever to dry. They do have an ironing board and an iron for you to iron your clothes. For the price I paid I had expected little a better stay but all is good. It was clean enough and comfortable enough to make my stay enjoyable. I would visit them again.
