We got our room with a broken door to the bathroom, the bathroom smells old and filthy and like dust and dirt and the carpets smell like sweat as well. Also , our friends got rooms without electricity and without water. Really bad rooms, small, cant fit more than 2 people, bad vibes. Don’t recommend at all. If you pay a price like this don’t expect much.

The place is a horror. The bed is like sleeping on concrete. Avoid for any cost.

Pros - Clean room with comfy bed and good shower. Onsite parking and a good breakfast. 15 minutes walk to Tarnow central square and 5 minutes walk from the train station.
Cons- noisy church bells that ring regularly into the night near by. A bit tired in some areas that could do with a revamp.
I would stay here again and a good place for work trips.

Bathrooms need better shampoo conditioner and lotion.
Their breakfast used to be really good in the past but it is declining.

We stayed here for two days while visiting family. The rooms were kid friendly (baby cot provided) and spacious. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well, which helped. I liked the location. I felt it was easy to get to the old town by walking 10 minutes. Parking lot was accessible, too.

Needs better housekeeping and better maintenance.!!!! Reception desk people work perfect and staff from restaurant rest needs a lot of improvement if they want to keep four stars!!!!

Mold in bathtub no heat overall dirty!!! Too bad because we like the location !!! O well we have to find different hotel!!!!!
