Lovely, cosy and pleasant hotel in the town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff and the best thing - amazing breakfast. Highly recommend this place

- Not Worth the Price. I expected a premium stay given the high price, but the reality was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below even basic hygiene standards. The staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and showed no effort to make guests feel welcome. For the cost, this was unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel - there are far better options that actually value their guests.

2. I was paid for a room with breakfast by our company, but we didn't know the details, and the administrator said we don't have breakfast.
3. Breakfast is about 2km away from our apartment.
4. The administrator doesn't know the height of the underground parking.
5. The Wi-Fi is very slow, so I have to use mobile internet instead.

Very good hotel. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is typically Polish and very good. All the staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend.

We came here last week and really were pleasantly surprised with warm welcome, helpfulness and sincerety of staff at the reception. Although we stayed 1 day, my husband had to work the whole day in front of laptop, so they kindly offered a cozy separate room close to reception, where he was very comfortable to work. Moreover, we forgot our personal belongings, so they were kind enough to store them until our friend would pick it up. For us this hotel is like home.
Apart from it, location is central, breakfast consists of local food, rooms are spacious.
Therefore whenever we are in Kielce, we will stay here. Many thanks for your work!

Perfectly located in the heart of Kielce, within easy walking distance of the rynek and the old Bishop's Palace. Nice old building, friendly staff, convenient parking and comfy well equipped rooms at very reasonable prices.

Location is in the old town which is accessible only by crossing some restrictive signs. As we arrived late, there were one parking spot left in the garage in front of the entrance and it was mostly suitable for smart cars or else you might park your car for 10 minutes and expect to leave it from the back door as there will be no space to open the driver door to leave your car. Room was quiet but cleanliness could be improved as we found few hairs in the bed.
