A very excellent hotel, friendly, helpful and polite staff in all areas particularly on reception. The rooms are a delight spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was generous with a wide choice and freshly cooked eggs available. Highly recommended and we shall be staying again in the near future.

Nice hotel
I liked the Hotel Artur. I stayed here on a motoring trip around Poland. I'd visited Krakow previously so access to the city centre was not a high priority. Very convenient for motorways. Nice staff, nice room and nice restaurant.

Everything was good. Beds are comfortable, soft matrace; Smart tv, kettle, cups with some coffee and tea. Bathroom is really nice, I liked that you can close shower doors.
One bad thing in our room was noise during the night from outside highway.
We liked breakfast also, different salads, scrambled eggs and other staff. You can also have dinner in the hotel for additional price. Parking is cheap and good. Great atmosphere in the hotel.
I can recommend it.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The hotel is excellent in terms of transportation. We received the attached handwritten letter. Thank you very much for everything!

Perfect location close to the Salt Mine…it was so nice to have an indoor play area for kids. The staff was very polite and friendly. We particularly appreciated the young men at the restaurant during our evening. Comfortable and clean rooms. Recommend!

We stayed here on the way to Białka Tatrzańska and a visit to the Salt Mines which is about 10 mins drive away. The hotel was lovely and the staff were super helpful. We arrived late at night, and my daughter was fast asleep and as I carried her in the night porter on reception immediately asked for our name, gave me the room key so I could put her down whilst my wife checked us in for the night - I love that he recognised this. The breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful, and the ladies on service were wonderful. After breakfast we chilled outside on the terrace whilst the children played in the playroom, and helped themselves to fruit from the reception. The lady working during the day was super friendly and wished us well for our onward journey. Hope to stay here again of visiting the area again the future!
