We stayed at the apartment; the quality was very poor- cheap furniture that was falling apart- missing fixtures, and overall poor experience. Bathroom had no shampoo, kitchen had no towels of any kind. Will definitely not stay here again.

Apartment in a very worn condition, crooked furniture falling apart, holes in the walls, mold and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Price as for premium class, very average quality. Service poor, request to close the door in the restaurant dismissed by the service lady that she would not close it because it was hot and that the children were freezing, so what. Food much weaker than during our several stays in this place. Maybe at the beginning the place was at a high level, but you can see how it is degrading year by year and no one cares about the rooms. I strongly do not recommend! For the same money you can find a much better hotel.

after 10pm a man entered my room, he had a card. I informed the hotel staff, they treated me indifferently. I ordered a king bed and received a small single bed. it was noisy all night from the train.

Upscale place with nonexistent service. Waited for 15 mins at outside restaurant and no waiter came to take the order. Had to look for another restaurant with better service.

I think overall, this place has great potential, however I think they have lots to improve, and my experience was terrible.

When we arrived (2 hours after the check in time) the room was not ready. Then they gave us the worst room they had, with a very bad quality squeaky bed that should be thrown away. Then we switched rooms and even though they have a lot of design flaws it was then decent enough, but a remodel would be in order.

Overall, some of the things I can mention which gave me a bad experience: Worn out furniture (you can see that the room was built 9 years ago), the bathroom is not soundproof. Corona distancing rules are not respected. We didn’t get bathrobes, only one very bad pillow per person, no cosmetic napkins offered, no shampoo and conditioner but a 3 in one bottle. Several hours before check out the room wifi was deactivated. The sauna had weird smells. The staff did not provide all information (e.g. we didn’t know they charge for parking even though I asked what’s the parking situation). No English translations so for international tourists it’s a bit tricky.

Overall you can have a good time here and they offer a nice concept, but in reality so much to improve for calling themselves a “4 stars spa & sports resort”.
