Apart Hotel Gwiazda Morza in Wladyslawowo

It's a total SCAM. If you want to spend a romantic weekend with your loved ones don't come here. It's suppose to be a hotel, but it's block of flats with flat owners living there on daily basis. Rooms awful conditions, double bed 140cm width, no WiFi, no bed table, no pressure in the shower for 1500zl (!!!) When you complain they say they don't have apartments free and on booking they have 3 apartments available to book. Don't waste money and don't come here

Do not be fooled!! 4 star ⭐ prices but certainly not quality or level of service.

I rarely write reviews, this one is a warning for anyone considering this place, so you can avoid such an unpleasant situation.

They checked me into a room with:

(1) defective curtains (see picture) one missing few hooks, thus letting in light, and one totally missing to cover the whole window - big deal when you are jet lagged and need a dark room

(2) broken dirty fridge, the handle to the freezer is totally broken, once you manage to open it it had items from the previous guests, disgusting! The rest of the fridge door shelves are stained from previous guests, scratched and repugnant. The cover for the lower draw totally broken in half!

I have celiac so need to use fridge for some foie gras and other items I brought with me, water etc. No one would use such filthy fridge from disgust!

They gave me a room without the curtesy to mention it perhaps in advance or apologise when I reported it last night or today.

To me this means two things:

(1) previous guests never complained (clearly that’s acceptable to some guests) and hotel does not have quality control in place

Or worse…

(2) previous guests might have complained and either way hotel mgt knows and chose to do nothing about it then and now!

Either way, I am gobsmacked at the arrogance and lack of customer care.

Not a single sorry, when I complained about it last night (once I got back into the room after dinner and spotted the issues) same today!

Staff at reception told me that “well that’s damaged so they can’t do anything about it” adding “manager was informed”.

What a joke.

Having lived in 7 countries, pretty much in all continents, and many high service places eg Japan, US, Switzerland etc I was very pleasantly surprised over the last couple of years with Poland till I came to this place.

Frankly 3 star hotel in Bangalore has better quality control than this place. 4 star would outshine it!

We stayed at the apartment; the quality was very poor- cheap furniture that was falling apart- missing fixtures, and overall poor experience. Bathroom had no shampoo, kitchen had no towels of any kind. Will definitely not stay here again.

Apartment in a very worn condition, crooked furniture falling apart, holes in the walls, mold and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Price as for premium class, very average quality. Service poor, request to close the door in the restaurant dismissed by the service lady that she would not close it because it was hot and that the children were freezing, so what. Food much weaker than during our several stays in this place. Maybe at the beginning the place was at a high level, but you can see how it is degrading year by year and no one cares about the rooms. I strongly do not recommend! For the same money you can find a much better hotel.
