The access to the hotel is limited and the bar and reception area is very small. The atmosphere is mainly couple based and lacks something. The rooms are large but rather tired, a little bit like the person who cleaned mine as all that was done was to throw the quilt over the mattress, no crockery cleaned or removed, and having searched for a while I found the TV controller under the quilt. It’s an amazing place and the service is great. But the tram line was right under my window and every time the tram passed by my room would literally shake! Of course it woke me up early in the morning. It is really a shame because the rest of it is perfect.

Home if Copernicus Overnight stay on our way to Warsaw. The old town is within walking distance with quaint eatery s. You can tour the town in about 4 to 6 hours.

Super hotel in Torun, with very nice view on the river Weisel, very close to old town of Copernicus, just 10min walking distance. Parking places are available. Swimming pool in and out are great. Clean rooms and great front desk staff.

Located near the bridge to the Old Town and Bus Terminal. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast is excellent for the price range. Water server machine is available in the hallway. The receptionists and clerks are kind and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the room were empty and the sound proof is weak and I always heard the heavy banging noise...

Quiet hotel, good location, proper price relation. Good location in the center, quiet neighborhood close to old town and impressive opera house. Excellent service, helpful front desk staff, comfortable beds. However, clean but old style bathroom where door makes noise when opening and shower in a bathtub difficult to enter for some people with orthopedic problems.

I remenber when hotel stars use to mean something and not just what a hotel says it does.. Room and hotel are dated, the year 2000 comes to mind, worse is carpet everywhere... MY room was clean as well the rest of the hotel, but very dated. The best the hotel has is parking and proximity to city center, easy 10m walk. Breakfast was boring and almost continental.. Its just not a 4 star hotel 2-3 maybe

Nice hotel on the edge of town. All staff spoke some English but reception had excellent English. Large choice for breakfast (£13). Lots of free parking on site. Bowling alley and arcade 2 minutes away. Rooms spacious and Wi-Fi good. Nice bar but only minus was it shut at 8pm ?????

On the Brda River, very convenient

Property visibly worn out a bit. Obviously seen the better days. Worst one: air conditioning not working in my room. After unseasonably warm, sunny day the southern exposure room was really hot and stuffy. Because of that I could not fall asleep before 3 am when the room finally cooled down thanks to open windows. Not the kind of trouble you expect from $100 (quite steep for provincial town in Poland...

We stayed in an apartment, a huge one but poorly furnished and decorated - needs more touch :) The car park isn't big but able to accept a good number of cars. Breakfast pretty tasty except for coffee that was terrible. Overall, ok but there are cosier hotels in the city

Quaint older style hotel, very clean and tidy even if it has quite a 1970's look overall. The staff are helpful and friendly, any requests were dealt with really quickly. The hotel is well-designed and cozy, suitable for business travelers. The surrounding environment is beautiful, and the lobby is lovely.

The hotel is a historical building with a very interesting design. It is located right at the entrance of old Town Torun. The rooms were spacious and modern, but there is only one outlet per room, in our case was located where the desk was. Consider this if you need a Cpat because there would be no outlet near the bed. The breakfast room has a great view of the river and the food was good.

I stayed in this hotel in 2013 when I came to Poland for training...the hotel staff were extremely cordial and helpful, rooms very clean and I found the breakfast buffet amazing...definitely recommend it.

No kettle, glasses, cups and cutlery. The price in the restaurant is not worth the food. We received takeaway food which we had no cutlery in the room. Room nice ane clean but unfortunately do not recommend cause of the reason above.

The hotel is rather traditional; there are no room cards, only keys. There's no kettle. It's located a little over 2km from the train station. The restaurant has a rustic decor, and the front desk staff are very friendly and nice.

It`s not very active city area, rather a suburb. The gym is okay.

The staff are very helpful. We stayed in the new building at this property and found the room to be clean and sufficient. Beds were only twin-size, so a bit small for adults. The location was terrific, an easy walk into town, close to restaurants and sites. We went at the end of November and found it was also easy to walk to the Christmas market. It was quiet and safe.

Hotel 1231 was a beautiful place. It's tucked in a perfect location easy to get to center of town, but their spot is in a charming area in itself. We were checked in promptly. Our room was in the annex and it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

The hotel is located a little outside the old town, about a 10-minute walk away. The furnishings are very basic, but clean. The only downside is that the key cards constantly malfunctioned and had to be updated at reception.

The gym is very minimalistic unfortunately and the building does seem to run ventilation pipes but not in individual rooms. Heating uses radiators that are centrally controlled so expect not to spend much time in the room as the temperature could end up being unbearable depending on the time of the year. The location is great however and the staff are awesome and will go out of their way to help.

Hotel very good, clean, with a nice room service option (there is a very good restaurant with good food in the hotel). Staff friendly and knowledgeable. In room coffee, tea, water, towels, shampoo. Very good location, near old city and nice restaurants, rather thin walls, worn out bathroom (not mold, but still blackish) with super low toilet bowl, spacious parking, good breakfast if you come right at the beginning of it. The hotel is near a big mall. It is easy to access the centre. The rooms are very cozy and the restaurant makes delicious meals in low prices. Reception is the best part. Julia was very helpful. I had lost my baggage during flight transit and she supported me in whatever I needed. Excellent!

We stayed in the cheapo twin room for about $ 42.00 per night. The room & bathroom were very clean. The great surprise was the very nice buffett breakfast in the morning! If you're on a budget or just don't like to pay more, this hotel is damn good! It's right next to the Old Town. It's no-smoking that I don't like but we enjoyed our stay here. It was a good deal for the price!

Best hotel and service ever. Im an American and I spent some time in this hotel in January of 2024. I left some of my personal items and I was able to communicate to her and she to a cab driver to deliver them to my location which was hours away.
