When I told this to the receptionist they said “it’s because of the weather”.
It’s most probably because they leave the rooms without heating, all the radiators were turned off.
I requested the cleaning of the room, for which they just sprayed air fresheners in the room, no mold was cleaned on our arrival.
The food is pretty plain the breakfast, but for the price it’s alright.
The only upside I see here is that it’s close to everything.
They need to start cleaning better and handle guests with more kindness.
Most of all we found the staff genuinely kind and helpful for any problem we had.
Also - you can come with your pet. We’ll come back!
