This hotel is excellent, not only for its fantastic facilities – including beautiful, spacious rooms, extensive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa, sauna, and Turkish bath – but also for the attentive and friendly staff

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours

great facilities Amazing facilities for families, kids club 10/10 and gym also top notch! Pool offered amazing views. Restaurant in ground floor good but very pricy

However, the pool service was terrible. The male attendant seemed incredibly unhappy, was unpleasant and rude, and did everything grudgingly

Very nice facility and a huge breakfast and dinner buffet. Tends to have tours busses staying there but it's a large hotel and very quiet. It also has an indoor pool and a hot tub.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here for our anniversary. They sped up the preparation of our room so that we could check in earlier. we got a free upgrade and a lovely surprise of wine in our room

The hotel needs a facelift or deep clean. My hotel room sofa had 2 huge stains which I covered with a towel. The cloth headboard was filthy. New pillows should be a priority. The bathroom was clean and lovely

That said, some of the facilities did not quite match the hotel’s luxury positioning. The spa facilities (pool, steam room and sauna) were visually appealing but very small for a resort hotel

The gym was particularly disappointing — extremely limited equipment and oddly positioned overlooking the pool area, making it feel uncomfortable and poorly designed

Spacious room, very clean, grrat amenities, amazing restaurant and the brrakfast in the mornings are very nice, lovley spa area and gym, we llved our stay and the hotel and will be coming back in the future

sauna options also really good. pool was full of kids so not a great place to relax as they are so loud its hard to be around :) but for families its a good place. I am happy to come back again

I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool

The hotel does have a pool and spa. The pool is filled with children and very loud. The water in my opinion is cold in both the pool and spa. The hot tub should be hot, but it's not

It was very noisy and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and could not visit during the hours

Located at the foot of the mountain, directly opposite the ski resort, it has a resort hotel style and beautiful scenery. Service is average, parking is extra, and toothbrushes are not provided; please bring your own.

we had a lovely time for 2 days. food selection breakfast and dinner was really good. we travel a lot a I can honestly say it was enough variety to choose from. insulation isnt perfect but thats ok

Pool was better on the next day, but still only around 25-26 degrees. There is also sauna but it was broken when we were staying here. Rooms were clean, food was good, there are enough coffee machines

The reception, lobby and caffeteria are nice, there is a kids play area, table tennis, billiard. The wellness spa is 1 swimming pool, which was extremely cold, couldn't go in, so we paid for jaccuzzi

First of all the staff is not helpful, not even when I asked for further information. Not even a smile, not even a kind greeting, not even a 'good morning'. Nothing is written in English, they slightly speak some words

Some cheese, some sausages, some eggs, one kind of muesli and that's it. Ok, and one kind of juice of the poorer quality. And nothing is written, I mean no information about the food, however it must be written

The location is good, it's 5-10 minutes from the centre with beautiful buildings and shops, restaurants. Overall, If you're staying for a few nights, for the weekend like us, it's a good choice

And here I don't have problem with paying the parking place, but we didn't have coins and we should have come back to throw new coins again and again. ) The breakfast is the same everyday

It's very comfortable to stay with children. The room is clean and well decorated. There is also a swimming pool and playground, which the children like very much. The buffet breakfast is good and tastes good.

What else should I say? Friendliness of the staff going above and beyond to accommodate you regardless of status or trip profile is just perfect. Rooms are well prepared, spacious and comfortable

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was so quiet and the sauna was very nice. We loved that this was so close to the bus station and the local bus to go to the mountains or thermal baths

I enjoyed a very nice dinner in house that evening and was able to walk the neighborhood the next morning to see the town

Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm up food. We had left overs from restauran

be warned (especially in the snow). location in zakopane was great just up from train/bus station, and a diagonal walk through a park takes you to main street. We stayed in room 101 and 102 delux suite in main building

Amazing spot - staff is fantastic! Only small thing is the noise cancelling isn't great between rooms or between reception and rooms on the lower floor - wasn't a big issue but I imagine it could be if you're unlucky with your neighbors!

The Hotel is located not far from the shopping/tourist district and the ski lifts and cable car to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, which is a breathtaking experience. The pool and hot tub are clean, very relaxing

The hotel offers a wide range of massages too from 250-450 zloty (30-90mins) The breakfast is amazing, tasty and has lots to select from! We’ll definitely be coming back, I can only recommend! The staff is especially helpful and can tell you some places to visit during your stay!

Great location in Zakopane with an underrated breakfast buffet and spa. Great value! There’s a lovely stream on the property and easy access to restaurant and spa. The rooms are nice enough for the value

Perfect location right on Kupowski Street. Staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected with a large en suite bathroom and balcony. Spotless throughout and serviced daily

The location is convenient as the centre is easily accessible by a bus which is frequent and operates late into the evening, the area surrounding the hotel is peaceful and pretty and there’s the benefit of of a few restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk of the hotel

My only negative was the room was too hot for me even with the autumn temperatures of October, although this could be a how the Polish prefer their room temperatures to be as I found it to be very hot on the overnight sleeper train also

The rooms are also traditional with their decor and furniture which is nice as you feel somewhere different, unlike chains where every hotel looks the same wherever you are in the world

Room was decently cleaned and properly equipped in the toilette with clean towels. Matress were not extremely confortable, but good enough for few nights

This year we stayed for the first time at Pan Tadeusz Villa, usually Bialy Potok was our choice. I would say that here,the breakfast area is beautiful,and everything feels cozy,even if furniture is a bit dated

Breakfast is good, wide variety of hot and cold meal, and the selection changes every day, so you do not have to eat the same if you stay for a longer time ❤. The wellness is small, but acceptable

Nice hotel, several things to do inside. The strongest points are: the excellent breakfast and professional catering staff, the proximity of the mountains and walking paths, the powerful sauna and warm swimming pool

Bad sides are: the slow internet connection, the neighbours burning plastic in their chimneys causing an unpleasant smell which comes almost in the rooms. The sauna is very powerful and the swimming pool is lovely

A plus for the pool, but it was strange that you have to go to the outside corridor and pass the bar to get to the saunas instead of going through the direct passage
