great facilities Amazing facilities for families, kids club 10/10 and gym also top notch! Pool offered amazing views. Restaurant in ground floor good but very pricy. Paid 190 EUR for a dinner including be wine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Only minus was that the over all feel outside is very dated. Dirty room Everything was nice and aervice minded staff, reason its not getting higher is that when coming into our room their was food and a bracelet on the floor showing they really havent cleaned the room at all.

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. The chair cushion slipped out when getting up and there were food crumbs galore underneath! Needs better cleaning, but otherwise, everything else was fine.

The hotel is beautifully designed, though the rooms are small and the bathrooms feel cramped for the price. We had a lovely 4 night stay here for our anniversary. They sped up the preparation of our room so that we could check in earlier. we got a free upgrade and a lovely surprise of wine in our room. The room was so nice and exceptionally clean like bran new. we loved every part of our stay.

We’ve stayed at many five-star resorts, and this one fell just a little short of expectations. The location is excellent, but a few areas could be improved. Excellent hotel, we are already here for the 3rd time, which is not usuall for us as we would like to visit different places. I would recommend it to our friends. Swimming pool and saunas are great but in some days (e.g.Saturday) was quite booked. Staff here are very nice and accommodating- especially Barbara who greeted me upon check in. My stay was last minute as I drove from the nearby Thermal pools and it was too far to drive back to Krakow. Dinner was amazing, the beds were comfortable and cozy and check out was flawless. We had 6 days here.( 2x couples).The breakfast was lovely and the access to the thermal baths was great as we could go early or late afternoon which seemed to be the times to avoid the crowds. We didnt use the included suana area as you couldnt wear swimsuits in there (just a towel). Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread. Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm...

We had a lovely family stay at Zakopiański Dwór. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with convenient on-site parking. Rooms are simple but comfortable, offering everything we needed. Great location as well, just a short walk to Krupówki and the town center. Perfect choice for families looking for a comfortable base in Zakopane.

This was a lovely hotel with a great restaurant! Room we stayed in was very big with a cute little balcony but bed was very small. I think this website lists that there is no lift but there is one which was a nice surprise. There is a spa/jacuzzi but you can only use it between 17.00-22.00 and you have to pay to use it outside of that! It’s not really close to town but there are a couple of restaurants...

Hi. For price what i paid is a nice option in Zakopane. Dinner was ok, location near main street (15 minutes walk). Rooms: clean, with bottle of water, Coffee and tea. Design - so so.... Swimmimg pool - nice, clean. Jacuzzi - 1st day - ok, water was hot...2nd day...water was cold...sauna was good. Breakfast- standart. Thanks for services
