My wife and 4 of our friends stayed in Domek Skarbek for 5 days in January. Domek was fantastic and it was highlight of our stay. Location is fantastic, 5mins walk to main street Krupowki. We didn't use our cars for whole stay.. It is close to all Zakopane attractions. Booking and communication with owner was very easy. Owner lives in chalet, so it was spotlessly clean. Kitchen is connected with open living space with beautiful fireplace. There is nice and cosy feeling to it. There is floor heating in living room and in toilet which is sufficient in combination with fireplace to keep place nice n warm. Upstairs there is 3rooms, one main bedroom with king bed, one smaller with double bed and one with two single beds. There is enough of storage place. Only downside is that there is only one bathroom in chalet. There is TV with polish channels and audio system plus dvd player.. We had fantastic time and i would recommend Domek Skarbek to everyone

A nice, spacious apartment. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. Open plan kitchen with nice furniture. A parking space allocated in the underground car park.
The biggest minus of this apartment was the keeper and a Christmas tree in April!
The keeper was in and out. Gave us very little information and got the parking space number wrong. Did not remove the Christmas tree either.
Some tea and coffee in the kitchen cupboard would have been a nice touch.

Stayed two times here. And each time with our little cat. Perfect apartments. The center is in a stone's throw and the mountains are just in 15 minutes walking distance.

The best Pierogi in town. We rent out a few apartments in the same building as this restaurant and always recommend our guests to go there, with very good feedback. The restaurant is authentic and has in our opinion the best pierogi in town, they also sell frozen pierogi to make at home. Highly recommended!
