The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewerage smell which was quite unpleasant, and the shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. Amazing service lovely leisure facilities champion stay

Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. We are overall amazed with the stay! 10/10 The pool is more for kids, very small changing area. But the staff was amazing with the effort to make our stay feel complete. I would suggest this hotel.

Pros: Big room, some sort of pool to swim around (if you have space), pretty clean and comfortable overall. You do get dental and shaving kits, although it's ironic that the shaving blade handle is made of recycled materials, but if you only want to change the blade you can't (there's no such thing). We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the clean bathroom was definitely a plus. Breakfast offerings were the same each day, but the wide variety made up for it, allowing us to enjoy something different on both mornings.

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

I did not enjoy that we had to go outside building number 9 to be able to use indoor pool. It would be nicer if we were staying in the same building as swimming pool, especially on a cold day. Also room was very small for the price paid. My family hardly could fit. Not good value for money.
