In general it's ok. Good location, good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, but like every other things in Polanica Zdrój, it's quite overpriced. At 350 zł a night, one would expect more amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and other toiletries but the fact is there are only a bottle of hand soap, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.

Rooms clean, nice and spacious. Tasty and fresh meals, but repetitive breakfasts. The whole dining room is spacious and nice. The service was very nice and clean. Little selection of coffee and fruit cakes. Good location. A bit away from the center, which allows you to relax in silence, but right at the entrance to the park. The big downside is the lack of parking right next to the property, which is about 100-150 meters away in a cul-de-sac next to a park with no lighting. The service at the reception desk is not really impressive.

First impression great, location also a plus. Large rooms, comfortable beds in the room, fridge and electric kettle, but there are no cups of tea or coffee as far as the room is concerned, you can still fault the stinking drain the whole bathroom "smells" of it. Breakfasts ok, small selection, lunches very poor. Food tasteless, not salted, we ate the same every day ..... No fruit for breakfast, lunch, cakes .... Ketrzynski gingerbread well ..... it's a pity because the first impression was extra, we were five days.

I recommend. Very quiet, comfortable rooms. Friendly service at the reception and restaurant. Good food, not very much choice but everything is fresh and of good quality. Surprisingly good coffee from the coffee machine, but I am begging the staff do not put lemons for tea next to the coffee machine, it is against logic and causes scuffles. I was with my 88-year-old mother, who was very pleased with the room / 1 person / and the food. There is an elevator in the hotel, which is very important for older people. The only thing I missed was a balcony, but no room has one. There is free hotel parking but a few meters from the hotel. Great location a few steps from the Spa Park.
