I don’t have much to say because I expected more fro Sheraton. 1.The TV went out, 2. I was given a room with a blocked view, 3. The bar was not open in the evening to have cocktails. 4. No room service but the website indicated it did. 5. Breakfast ******.

Attentive staff, beautiful rooms, yummy food, great location. Valet was great as well. 10/10

I was very satisfied with this hotel and the overall value for money. We stayed for four nights at the beginning of August, and since the hotel was not fully booked at the time, this likely contributed to an even better overall experience. We were given a room on the second (top) floor, where we could enjoy beautiful sunsets every day.

The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The bed and pillow showed some signs of wear, but they were far from uncomfortable. A refrigerator was also provided in the room. The balcony was a good size, allowing two people to comfortably relax and enjoy the view.

The hotel also features a lovely garden, sunny until late afternoon. What impressed us the most, however, was the spa. For an additional fee of around €15 per hour, you get exclusive use of two saunas and a jacuzzi. You don’t need to rent robes, as you have the entire spa to yourself, and towels are provided right outside the entrance.

Breakfast offered everything one would expect. I do not understand the negative reviews claiming the breakfast is poor or always the same — this is a three-star hotel, and in my opinion, the breakfast was excellent.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, although not all of them spoke English fluently. Naturally, most information in the hotel is in Polish, so Google Translate will come in handy. If you would like your room to be cleaned, make sure to hang the sign on your door handle; otherwise, housekeeping will not enter.

Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the beds comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms needed more light and the shower was awful. The water trickled out and was either hot or freezing. With that being said we’d still stay here again. The location is excellent!

Everything was great, the shower could’ve been a little cleaner, but in general, it was a great hotel and very convenient to a lot of places in the area

Best nights sleep - on best pillows - in as long as I can remember. And all staff were super cool and kind, ESPECIALLY the woman at the front desk on my checkin.

I will be coming back to the Sheraton for sure great hotel amazing service and staff rooftop bar is really great as well.

Louis at the front desk is PHENOMENAL. He was extraordinarily helpful. It's.obvious that he really enjoys his job and that he actually enjoys taking care of guests.

We also had a wonderful experience at the rooftop bar. The view is gorgeous!!

Walking to the Township Auditorium was super easy. That was so much more convenient than trying to Uber.

Overall an incredible stay!
