Strange hotel, very hot in the rooms, the towels are very small. The only good thing is the location

Nice hotel in quiet town lake view is great

Chose this hotel because of its modern look, wasn’t dissapointed as it is really how it is on photos online. Problem was that we chose apartment with kitchen as we have small baby who requires some special food. Unfortunately small kitchen was there, some plates, glasses and cups, bare minimum. But there were no microwave or any stovetop, so, there were no point to have it. Breakfast was average, in 4 days always the same scramble eggs, two kinds of sausages and variety of cheese and other small things. Were missing variety of eggs or some bacon instead of rhe same sausages. Bar was closed, also no snacks or drinks available in hotel unfortunately. People in hotel were nice even if they didnt speak too much English. Potential of hotel is there but overall was average experience.

The hygiene is good, the room is not big, the bathroom is not big, and the price is not expensive

Mediocre at best
The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, the room looks nice and clean initially, but in the 2 week I was there it was never hoovered… if I hadn’t stripped the bed myself I don’t think the sheets would have been changed at all.
The bathroom was cleaned maybe once every 3 days…. Even though the towels were changed every day!!
The curtains were non existent, blinds that were fitted were next to useless and didn’t keep any light out at all so was awake at 04.30 every morning. It need blackout curtains!
Ending on a high, the location is fantastic and the parking is ideal, the breakfast is quite good.

Best sauna/spa I've seen in Poland. Have to use if you stay here!!
Rooms are nice but feel like there could be more attention to detail (doesn't feel as clean as other hotels with similar price)

Not so bad but the cheaper rooms definitely need modernization.. nice location in spring and summer by the lake. small parking lot.
