My wife is Polish and grew up traveling to Mikolaka. We took the kids here and the hotel is awesome especially for kids. Lots to do, from horse back riding, to water activities. The water park portion is lots of fun, and there's an indoor/outdoor, and well heated for use even in the cold temperature. It's a very relaxing, fun place!

Perfect place for a family vacation. Rooms are very neat and tastefully decorated. Large beds. Spacious terrace with sun loungers. No minibar. There are bottles of water, tea, coffee. The triple room has two large beds, a sofa, a coffee table and 2 armchairs. Beautiful view.

Great location, but poor Wi-Fi and room equipment. Tea during dinner costs extra. The sauna area is located on a different floor than the swimming pool, which is inconvenient. There were constant issues with cups and plates during breakfast. You can book much cheaper apartments near the hotel and get the same benefits as staying in the hotel itself.

Reception was really nice and helpful answering all of the questions. They helped us transferring, the luggage since we had the room on the island, which is actually further than we thought. I would never recommend this hotel. It's like a children's hotel. I couldn't rest here because of the children's noise. The spa is okay. The food is okay. However, a foreign man working at the buffet was constantly harassing the worker girls. This was a rude and ugly situation. My family and daughters were disturbed.

Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded.

It is a big resort. Owned by Turkish guy it starts to look like all inclusive in Bodrum. Rooms are ok, service is good, spa (pools, massage, etc,) is very good. Unfortunately food is only average quality and i would expect better food quality at 4* place. In my opinion place is ok but little bit overpriced.

Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes. The swimming pool is small, but it has two large saunas. All facilities, including the rooms, are kept clean and staffs are also kind. I'd love to visit again someday.

The room was nice and renovated but the walls are so thin you can literally hear every conversation from the other room next door … if this problem was solved it would have been perfect. The hotel was large. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but a few things needed replacing like the drain plugs in the sink. Also around the bathroom mirror needed replacing as it was black. These issues didn’t present a problem.

Location is amazing. Skip the restaurant for dinner and go to nearby restaurants with better options. Rooms are generally comfy, but the bathroom doesn't have great ventilation so is constantly wet. Service was a miss. They advertise a bunch of activities, but don't help you book any of them. My last service encounter was a 20zl charge for a missing key card... Probably the only hotel in the world...

Rooms are good and comfy. Very spacious. But considering it is a 5-star hotel, room amenities are basic and standard, did not stand out of ordinary. The grounds are great, lots of walking areas. Relatively safe. Quiet and tranquil. Location is far out for regular commute and you have to plan to drive there or else no other way to go. The spa is great. Just a good place to get away from all the noise

Gorgeous lake views even on Winter!! Very peaceful and calming hotel experience despite families with young children. Multiple indoor pools to enjoy and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was crowded but delicious and vast selection. Dinner choices were combination of Polish and intercontinental cuisine. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We are on a trip through the north of Poland. We stayed one night in the hotel. We found this Hotel in TripAdvisor. The room was big enough, clean and everything was working. The Internet (cable) was perfect. There are several parking slots close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. All in all a very pleasant stay in this hotel.

A nice boutique hotel. I have to compliment them for a really high quality breakfast buffet, with gourmet smoked hams, fish, salads. The room I had was on the top floor and was a little hot, I had to keep the window open to avoid stiff air. Wifi is acceptable (though not great). Overall, a very good experience.

Firstly the man at reception was really miserable as we checked in. There was no ramp so everyone has only their suitcases up the steps just to get in the place. Great place to stay, in the city centre of Elblag. Everything was great including breakfast. Just be aware, close the door in your room, otherwise an alarm will come on. Parking entrance is quite wide and it’s easy to park, for a city centre at least.

Modern but a bit small with limited space for storage (no drawers) and no chair other than a small desk chair. Breakfast is uninspired, just enough to get you through the morning. Bottled water only furnished on day one. Hotel is OK for one night but more than that starts to feel old.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Good WiFi, sufficient breakfast and secure parking for a reasonable fee. All good.

Great place to stay for short-term stays. 15min walk to the city center where there are plenty of restaurants and activities. They also have a digital key system that can be activated via the app, but it only works like 60% of the time.

Wonderful experience , hotel has old castle style. If you don’t like brick walls, wooden beams and squeaky floors then it’s not for you. I loved everything about it. The hotel is ok. I don’t understand the four star rating. Rooms and bathrooms are small, equipment is very average. The spa needs to be reserved in advance so if you stay for two nights you will not be able to use it. That was my case.

My friend and I wanted to see two military and historic sites in the area, along with participating in a fun run. At first we thought the property was dated, but after walking around we quickly changed our minds. The Customer service was excellent with great dinner drinks and excellent breakfast. It's more than 3 stars hotel, breakfast is marvelous and services is fantastic and staff are keen and helpful. Very good for families and couples it's very close to the public lake, they have a great sauna with affordable price. Definitely I'll come again. If they'll provide some slippers for rooms it'll be perfect.

The hotel is at a lovely spot, very close to the lake for water activities and also has lots of playground near it. The breakfast was also good and the pancakes weren't too sweet.

Great value for the price. I stayed in a double room for one night while travelling for studies in Olsztyn in March 2025. The location is a short drive from the city center but located right next to the lake with many sports activities accessible. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and should satisfy any and all. Will definitely use it again in the future.

We only went to the water park, it was very good, very fun and clean. The water park is great for families because it has interesting attractions. I recommend going to this water park. But one small problem, the smoke smell outside and inside was very bad to the point I was getting nauseous.

Place is on the shore of the lake, the view from the balcony is very scenic. While it might be a bit outdated in todays standards, but everything was clean, prepared nicely and would definetely comeback if in the region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options to pick from.

This hotel is big. So are the rooms. But big is not necessary beautiful. There is no air conditioning. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. There were no glasses, just paper cups. Our TV remote was falling apart. It did not work. My wife saw reception and was given a handful of batteries. The pillows were awful. We were told the bar opened at 6pm. We went there. Not a soul in sight. We did not bother...

All in all it is good, the rooms are clean, breakfast is plenty to choose from and tasty, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great. But there are things to improve, like silence hours, we didn't have a good night sleep because of that. The customer is not always right 😉
