Cons: soundproofing of rooms is clearly insufficient. If you happen to have noisy neighbours during your stay, you are out of luck.
And food is really good
Very good ratio price-quality of the room. Chipolatas with soap and dorgeles, toilet, good beds. Air conditioning. Two bottles of drinking water per day.
Fresh towels daily.
A large Parking lot.

The lack of air - insulation. Hear all the neighbors around.
Location - convenient for shopping, within walking distance of the shopping hub (macro, Castorama, outlet, agate). On the other hand, to the city center far away.
In the evening go for a walk nowhere.
From MacDonalds relatively close to the only McDonald's
The hotel restaurant is very expensive over three years (compare the dishes that used to take every time. For example, a knuckle in 2013 cost 22 zlotys, now 40... draft Beer 5 and 8.
Costs of location and lack of alternatives for food, probably. But well prepared, a lot of local dishes
