Clea and tiny. Comfortable beds. Breakfast had enough to cater for everyone. The staff are really nice and friendly. Plenty of secure parking.Considering it is on the main road the windows seem to keep all the road noise away ensuring a good night's sleep. Would certainly recommend for a night or two stop over.I could be wrong,I would recommend this hotel for single or couple Travelers.All in all ...

Recommendable place for a short stay. The disadvantage of the room after arrival was not yet prepared, despite much earlier reservation, we had to wait about 20 minutes.

The rooms are not very new, but clean and tidy. The cable is there, the TV is small, but there is. Everything ok. A place definitely focused on weddings, corporate events, etc.

Very fine hotel, perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Rooms modest, equipped to the standard, clean and tidy. Very nice and friendly service. Ample parking. It is possible to leave by car even late in the evening.

1. Reception is not happy to see you. You can agree parking inside just to hear that all gates were just closed a minute ago. Personnel speaks rather Russian than English. 2. In-room air is hot and smells bad. No conditioning. Opening windows brings moscitos. 3. Bed is small and extreamly (I mean it) noisy. Friendly staff, good breakfast. However the glory days of this hotel have passed... And the heating system is not capable to really heat this hotel. But don't think that this was an incident, because the reception has extra blankets for those that feel cold :-) 😄

A stately, quiet villa in the suburbs of Warsaw, with understated elegance and first-rate customer service. Well-served by public transportation as well as road infrastructure, the deceptively off-centre location offers a glimpse into the beating heart of Poland's capital, and yet the lodge itself is set in secluded and beautifully manicured grounds. Cosmopolitan, relevant, and good fun.

Don't fool yourselves with those 4*, it's max 3. A good local craft beer and polish wine shops right across the street.

Not a bad pkace to stay. Very close to Lazienki Park and other attractions. However, there is a prpblem to find a parking space and the main & noisy road is very close. Service and staff is v. good. Thanks

Quite a simple hotel with a breakfast offering but no restaurant at other times during the day. The location is brilliant as it is just in front of a wonderful park with historical buildings, sculpture and nice piece of green nature.

Room was clean, breakfast was acceptable. There were no conditioning, so had to ooen windows. But it was very noisy outside, could not sleep well.

Was here for a week, great prices, quiet, clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff who are happy to accommodate, good bus service to the city. This is a great place to stay!

The lady at the reception is amazing , greeted me with a huge smile, offered a couple of recommendations for their special pizza that I tried and it was great . I had a cup of cappuccino and it was right tight , the exact kind that I needed for a cold evening . The rooms are spacious and extremely clean and I love it not mentioning the prices being very affordable. Keep it up .

Older buildings, but very nicely decorated. Amazing use of small spaces. The view from the 10th floor at night is breathtaking.

Perfect location. Apartments are large and comfortable. We've been here several times.

Platinium is a nice place to stay. The prices were decent for the apartment size. What I do not like is that the apartments are not isolated there is a lot of noise from other apartments. This was a big disappointment.

Big sized spacious, clean rooms. Good facilities (hob, microwave, hair dryer, towels, hoover, iron and ironing board) Good location - shop in the complex downstairs and lots more within a 5 minute walk. The location is great, the apartments are well equipped and quite modern, but they don’t look new. Everything is made of cheap materials. The bathroom could definitely be improved. I had a studio apartment with a balcony. It’s reasonably priced in my opinion. The staff is great - very friendly and nice. The check in process was straightforward and quick. And they have a lot of channels on TV!

The location is good and only 2,0 kms to old town. Cleaning was satisfactory. Our view from the balcony was magnificent. Rooms and beds are good. The only issue for us was the bath tub. It was a little high from the floor so that one of our guy fell down and broken his 2 ribs.

Someone entered our room at 11 PM while I was sleeping due to a check‑in error made by the reception — an unacceptable breach of privacy and security. The next day, our room wasn’t cleaned, and only afterwards were we told about an unusual “green sign” procedure that was never mentioned at check‑in. Poor communication and avoidable mistakes ruined our stay.

Excellent Hotel if you want to be right in the zone. Transit's right there. Many restaurants to choose from Not good if you're old or have mobile issues as there's no elevator. Our hotel is right beside the castle. Thus the name Castle in.

The hotel is in a very good location. I took a room with a single bed (it actually was like the cupboard under the stairs like in Harry Potter, but larger for comfortable stay). We booked this hotel because we went to concert in Progresja club, which is few hundred meters from there. Location is probably as perfect as it can get - very close to the club, also just on the other side of the road there is supermarket with multiple shops. Hotel surprised me as it was full when we arrived, I actually only heard other guests once, in the hallways. Walls are thick and very well isolates...

The hotel I left this morning is on the edge of town. The room is spacious and bright, direct public transport to the center, next to a shopping center with a cheap supermarket - what else do you need for one night? Fridge in the room and normal attitude. Okay, fridge, but the administrator's "it's not my problem" excuse... welcome to Eastern Europe, huh? There is no elevator in the hotel, my room...

Nice and neat place to stay if you are on a business trip. Facility has everything you need, rooms are spacious, breakfast is good. Hotel includes free parking lot. Logistics near hotel is good, you can reach any location needed in city with no issues.

I have spent at least several weekends at OSiR hotel. As I can remember, prices were reasonable, and rooms were very clean. What's most important, the neighbourhood has been located in the city center, and it has an easy access to the underground (Politechnika). A lot of restaurants nearby.

Be aware that there are a lot if people during the day. So try to come early in the morning

I love it. It's just sometime they close the kids swimming pool or the slide for no reason. Every time I go there. It has to be something closed and u can't use it.

Best place to stay if you need a parking lot by the hotel and dont want to be far from the center of Warsaw for a decent price.

I choosed the hotel for the night because it was near the place I needed to visit. Room was older style. Bathroom look little newer. Breakfast was included. And that was good. Staff was helpful. There where lot of restaurants and stores nearby. But I didn't have the time to check them out.

I have toured most of Poland and I have to say that the staff in this hotel was the friendliest, warmest and most hospitable by far. They went out of their way several times to help us. I especially have to mention this true gentleman of a chef, who made me the best scrambled eggs in all existence. Dziękuję!

The lobby and the restaurant are the only renovated areas. The lift is old and tiny and the rooms look like from the communist era. Interesting to experience that these days :) but bathroom was large, TV worked ( all the disco polo channels). It is clean, just "outdated clean". I think last renovations in the bathrooms were in the early to mid 90's.

Overall, I was satisfied. Friendly staff, simple but clean room, surprisingly quiet considering there are night clubs left and right from the hotel, and the breakfast was simple but alright for my taste.

We had a great stay. Room was extra large. Bathroom was beautiful. Great staff. Great breakfast. Would stay here again if we return to Warszawa.

It's alright for the money, just the receptionist was really unfriendly. Our room was nicely clean, just the mattress were old and not so good for your body. Breakfast was alright but nothing special.

Nice maintenance, polite staff. The location is quite nearby to old town, palace of culture and science. Many restaurants are in a walkable distance. Many weekend pubs are just beside this hotel. You might get disturb during late nights on weekends. Otherwise everything is good.

It was basic but clean and comfortable, within easy walking distance of Central Station. If you're interested in clubs (which I'm not!), the whole street is filled with them-this probably makes it pretty noisy at weekends though (I was staying there mid-week and it was really quiet).

A good hotel, everything is clean and tidy. Conveniently located for the airport. There's plenty of parking nearby if you need to leave your car during your trip. Cons: paid parking at the hotel (30 PLN/night) and a coffee machine that only operates on a limited schedule (no coffee at 5 AM).

Conveniently located near the airport and business areas. Quiet area. Staff at reception friendly. Good breakfast. Just take into account there is k no o chair but only a pouf to sit and work on the table. Not ideal for many hours of working.

Our room card did not work. We needed to go to floor 0 and ask them what happend with card. But guy refreshed the card...

The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the airport with supermarkets nearby.

Plenty of space. Parking and getting there with a car is a bit harder. And the room was kinda hot, when outside is was about 14C, so thats kinda weird.

strange place. nice clean rooms, good location. but wifi was accessible only neer the room entrance (not in bedroom), bathroom facilities didn't work properly. called serviceman just opened the door with his key without knocking while i was dressing. receptionist didn't speak english (how is it possible in a hotel?)

The room was nice and spacious, with comfortable bed. Nothing to be said against the hotel itself, it is for good price in a great location. But the breakfast is a disaster!!!!! Bad coffee, old bread, old cheese, the cheapest ham full of water, juice from a sweet chemical concentrate, eggs without taste, even water smelled of something. On top, it is being served in the night club, which doesn't smell...

Plase on the warszaw corner. Far from centre but good if you need to cross Poland and need room. Clean comforyable rooms, fabulous breakfast , and ee paid only 40euro

Positive : Everything is clean, staff are very friendly, big safety parking, normal good breakfast, allowed to stay with animals, good value for this money! Negativ : Not so convenient bed and pillows.

Comfortable, cozy hotel. The rooms are small, but equipped with everything you need. The room has its own bathroom, towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel in dispensers. Pleasant staff. Free parking is available on the hotel premises. There is a grocery supermarket nearby. A good option for an overnight stay on the road for one night. The hotel is located a few kilometers from the city.

A good and cheap place to spend the night. It is a pity there is no breakfast, but there is Biedronka next door. There are glasses and kettles in the rooms, but no tea bags or Nescafé 3in1 sachets. In addition, approx.
