This hotel offers good value for your money. The rooms are equipped with everything you may need (towels, coffee, tea, water, mugs, glasses, spoons, a mini fridge and kettle) and they are regularly cleaned and restocked by the friendly staff. There is bus station right outside the hotel, and bus 118 will take you directly to the old town/city centre. In addition, there is a restaurant in the lobby, and many other amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and restaurants) close by.

The location is not great if you want to actually explore Warsaw. But it is well connected by public transport and very close to the airport. The rooms are ok but a bit odd because you cannot see any staff members easily if you need to talk to someone directly about queries.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and had a pleasant overall experience.
Check-in was smooth, as we were able to collect our key from the locker without any problems. Upon entering our room, we found a tidy and well-maintained bedroom with all the essential amenities. The bathroom and shower were clean and hygienic, which we greatly appreciated.
The only downside was the heat in the room, which felt quite stuffy and uncomfortable. After leaving the window open for a few hours, the temperature improved, but air conditioning would certainly make future stays more comfortable.
Breakfast was nicely arranged and offered a good selection, providing a hearty start to the day

The room was clean and very comfortable.
Was a bit hard to get the key number since later into the night there is 0 staff at the location.
And they don’t send you the massage with the code even if you can self check in.
Except from that all was great.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel—great value for money! The room was simple yet modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and communicated well in English.
The hotel restaurant offered decent food at reasonable prices. Room service was pragmatic and efficient, delivering what was needed without issue.
The location is good—well-connected to the city center via metro and surrounded by plenty of shops and stores for added convenience.
All in all, a solid choice for an affordable and comfortable stay.

I'm convinced these 5-star reviews are fake. Atrocious value for money. Should be listed as a 2-star motel. Uncomfortable beds, amenities not reliable, restaurant doesn't open till noon yet there is NOTHING nearby - no restaurants or cafes in the neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and book one of the 4-star hotels downtown at the same price. This place is worth $30/night at most. They also don't know how to do business with a company--won't let us change booking dates or refund nights if plans change. Soviet-hangover attitude towards customer service. With a change in management this place has potential, but why spend your own money on a bad experience?

The hotel itself is really good, but have some rules, which was not mentioned on Booking. So we had some bad experience with hotel stuff, which spoiled all the good things.

Very good hotel. Everything was great. Clean and cozy rooms, nice staff. Bonus coffee and tea in the room. Of the minuses, the lack of hangers in the bathroom. If you use the shower, the water falls to the floor.

Very clean and calm place. Minus- didnt get breakfast, had to say before it. Restaurant downstairs but work frok 12p.m.
