Located on the edge of the business district, and well connected to public transportation. Since the area is quite busy and building more and more new buildings are being built closeby, the hotelroom was pretty noisy. Gym access is not provided, only the guests from Crowne Plaza, which isnlocated in the same building can go there. Breakfast selection was also rather limited :(

The hotel's shuttle service is very thoughtful. You contact the hotel in advance and get a code. When you arrive at the airport, find the corresponding taxi and give it to the driver for free. The room is quite large and the bed is very comfortable. The price is cheap and cost-effective.

I booked the hotel, cause I had previously stayed in it overnight to go to the airport. Was given two single beds and fell off one whilst sleeping. So i specifically booked for a king size bed on this trip, only to arrive and be told they had single beds made into a double bed. Stayed for three nights, and they even allowed a late check-out on the last day, which was fantastic communication. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful, and they had fresh honey!

Very convenient located close to the airport. There are some convenience stores nearby and some restaurant. Easy to get to the city center by bus. The bus stop it's just next door. It says airport in the name but you cant get to the airport without a taxi. The room was nice, but it was bit warm and stuffy in there. Air conditioning was pretty slow in cooling it down.

We stayed in this hotel in numerous occasions as it was convenient and close to our destination point .The staff are friendly and polite, breakfast top marks ,cleanliness is very good and the views are fantastic especially first time we stayed on the 8th floor. While the hotel maintains a standard quality overall, my experience was marred by the disappointing breakfast service. The presence of just two staff members at the counter led to an incredibly long line, making the process of getting food quite frustrating.

I was late 30 minutes with shortening my time in the hotel and have right to one day refund and the manager didnt accept my refund to proceed. It's acceptable for just one night; overall, it's alright. The bed is very comfortable, and basic amenities are available. The 127 bus stop is nearby, saving you some walking. The Metro and attractions are also not far away.

It’s definitely not a wise choice if you care much about the sound-proofing. If your neighboring rooms are occupied, you could hear clearly the sound of taking a shower, coughing, singing…etc. I personally could bear it if it’s not too much or too late. The hotel is very close to the national football / soccer stadium (PGE arena). Shops are also very close. The service is ok. You can buy drinks and snacks at a machine. Do not check in during the shift change.....you must wait.

Stayed the night before the flight. The room was clean, had a view of the airport,without the noise from it or the traffic from the street nearby. Parking was extra, I wished there was a sidewalk to main door, otherwise you are walking on the side street

This hotel was very clean and was so easy to work with. I booked a room the afternoon I was arriving, quickly organized the shuttle service from the airport and for my early flight the next morning. It's rather old and the facilities are basic.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Arkadia Royal! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need.
