The hotel is right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a large shopping mall right outside where you can eat and shop, and the old town is within walking distance. The breakfast was also good.

Nice, large rooms with a great location. The breakfast deserves special mention. The buffet is excellent, even offering honey in the set menus. A minor drawback is the weak shower pressure, which is related to water conservation.

Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The hotel is conveniently located, close to everything. The room is spacious and clean. A huge minus is the miniature pool and the paid bathrobes. The glass bathroom door is uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our city break to Poznan, it took around 15-20 mins in a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel costing £6 so it was easy to get to. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom in particular was very nice and modern, we also had daily complimentary bottled water as a nice touch. In terms of ease of getting into the city it is in a great location...

Negative : why upsell a room (423) with a "city view" , when the only thing you can see are the windows of the next door building, blocking everything else. This was very disappointing. TV remote was not working. Positive: The room and bed was comfy. Efficient housekeeping. Friendly reception. Great breakfast. 15 min walk from the Old town.

I stayed 5 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience. The breakfasts are amazing. I was happy to visit the gym over though it's quite small. The room was clean, warm (in December). Only thing - i didn't get the design idea with the wardrobe...super strange one. The lobby is pretty, was decorated for Christmas. There was a Starbacks coffee machine (extra price). Thank you.

We stopped by Poznan on our way from Gdansk to Berlin. It is a beautiful city with characters and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance.

Sheraton Poznan Hotel has good breakfast, a peaceful atmosphere, and friendly reception staff.

Very disappointing stay. It was extremely noisy at night — people were talking and laughing loudly, and no staff came to stop them. Even the front desk phone couldn’t be reached. There was a bad odor coming from the sink drain, and the air conditioning’s heating function was very weak. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.

We stay here a couple of times each summer and really love it. It’s in the perfect location for getting around Poznań. The included breakfast has lots of options and is very good. The staff have always been extremely attentive and helpful.

Breakfast is not free. European-style breakfast with wet runny scrambled eggs, hot dog breakfast meat, baked beans and fresh local breads. Be aware of flea infestation in local neighborhoods around the hotel. Lots of local families, students, teachers, professors and wanna be influencers in the area. Nice hotel for a few days stay. Breakfast had everything you need. The gym is small, but you can get some kind of workout in. In addition to three warm-up machines, there are dumbbells (although only 1-3kg), kettlebells (6kg and 10kg), exercise bands and an exercise mat. The sauna was also good by Finnish standards (about 74 degrees).

I am very satisfied. Very friendly staff, great fresh breakfast, good room, carpet a bit dirty and mattress a bit too soft, but overall a great hotel.

Hotel is located about 15 minutes by foot from Old Town. However quite nice walk there, also by the bridge. Service very kind. Room OK- just bed in double room could be wider. We haven't eaten breakfast. Regarding parking we have parked 100m from hotel for free in the street.

The hotel is a stone's throw from the center, large and comfortable rooms, there is everything you need to make coffee or tea, a very large bathroom, breakfast where there is basically sweet and savory, the staff is very kind and the rooms are clean. I would definitely go back

Although we visited during the hot season, the air conditioning worked well and we were able to stay comfortably. It was also nice that the location was within walking distance of the station.

The staff at the Vivaldi were very courteous and very helpful. More than happy to answer any questions we had like where certain things were in the city or to get a bucket of ice after hours. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire week that we were there. It was good but was the same every day. Some changes from day to day would have been nice

Excellent dining in and close to local options, such as Wiejskie Jadlo. Room is cute. We didn't notice our double bed was outfitted with a twin duvet and our bath with only 1 towel, so we had quite the laugh over it. I'm sure had we noticed earlier they would have been all to kind and quick to remedy. The people are lovely! The service and food 5 star.

Great week we all had. X A very nice hotel in a very great area at the centre of Poznan. The staff were great and helpful. Just one thing: if you order a drink or food you need to sign the bill not just give a room number. Anyone can give your room number without your permission.

the noise from other guests was irritating, maybe they were drunk. I did put a notice on the door for a room service after an hour or so..had to remove it because nooone came.Location is good near shops .you can walk to the train or bus station.

Don’t expect this is a hotel standard, beds is a bit run out and too soft. We didn’t have a good sleep during our stays. Toilet and floor is not really clean.

The hotel is lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable, it's a perfect location to do lots of different activities, the only flaw was the noise when the windows were open because of the traffic, and the windows needed to be open due to no air con. Very nice for a couple nights on a city break. Really clean also.

Great hotel in great location , had a great stay in room 22 on second floor. No issues or problems . Be aware no kettle in room, shower is weak. 15 min by tram from downtown; quiet neighborhood, typical conference hotel. You can leave your things and explore city and be back via tram/taxi. Big parking for free, great price.
