It was great, clean and everything was fine.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to everything. The room is spacious and clean. A huge minus is the miniature pool and the paid bathrobes. The glass bathroom door is uncomfortable.

The staff at the Vivaldi were very courteous and very helpful. More than happy to answer any questions we had like where certain things were in the city or to get a bucket of ice after hours. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire week that we were there. It was good but was the same every day. Always staying here for business trips. Rooms are simply enough, there is everything I need - an electric kettle, tea, bottled water. I think the only con is definitely a shortage of outlets - you can't charge your phone while lying in bed.

We stayed overnight at the hotel while waiting for our flight. We were surprised by the quality. The double room was very spacious, clean, and neatly furnished. Ideal for active people due to the sports facilities. The location is a bit more difficult, but those with a car will have no problem getting around the city.

Amazing place full of sports facilities. I loved taking table tennis group lessons and the gym is fantastic. I look forward to coming back. There are also badminton, squash and both indoor and outdoor tennis courts.

Nice and clean Hotel is located outside of city center but it suited our stay, what was disappointing was the restaurant one day closed without any notice and one day closed earlier then advertised. Hotel is located in a sport complex and undergoing active construction at the moment.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our city break to Poznan, it took around 15-20 mins in a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel costing £6 so it was easy to get to. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom in particular was very nice and modern, we also had daily complimentary bottled water as a nice touch. Negative : why upsell a room (423) with a "city view" , when the only thing you can see are the windows of the next door building, blocking everything else. This was very disappointing. I stayed 5 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience. The breakfasts are amazing. I was happy to visit the gym over though it's quite small. The room was clean, warm (in December). We stopped by Poznan on our way from Gdansk to Berlin. It is a beautiful city with characters and the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. The only thing to be aware is due to the train station structure, it is still 10-15 minutes of walk to reach the hotel with stairs to climb so not as close as how it looked from the distance.

Always on point. This is the 5th time I am staying in this hotel. If you do not mind being a bit further to the city center, it is a good option.

Nice hotel for a few days stay. Breakfast had everything you need. The gym is small, but you can get some kind of workout in. In addition to three warm-up machines, there are dumbbells (although only 1-3kg), kettlebells (6kg and 10kg), exercise bands and an exercise mat. The sauna was also good by Finnish standards (about 74 degrees).

Very good hotel for the price, privately run small hotel trying to offer the features of bigger chains. Well organized and clean. The neighbourhood looks a bit off putting but it's nice and quiet at night. Parking is available well free of charge.

Overall our stay was very nice! The location is great and the team was super helpful! I will say that the bars around them make it loudish at night so if you are light sleep may want to ask to have a room away from the street. Overall my husband and I had a great and would stay here again.

Poznan is very easy to get around using buses and trams for very little. The Platinum Residence Hotel has a good restaurant. The room however felt like we were staying in the Attic. My wife bumped her head on the sloping ceiling more than once. The bathroom had a walk in shower, but the water tended to go every where

The location of the hotel is so nice. It was a very comfortable location to go to the center of the city and the old town. The staff guided me to the room when I checked in due to a breakdown in the elevator, but I was really exhausted when I checked out.
