The rooms are very nice, and we enjoyed the pool and spa center, including jacuzzi, saunas, and a cold room. There are also many cafés and restaurants nearby, and the hotel has its own restaurant.
The staff was very friendly. We especially liked that there is a room for small children and another room with games and billiards for older kids. A great place for families!
In a country this cold, having hot water in the shower comes before meals, before service, and before everything else. It affects the entire stay. It is a real disadvantage, because the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff members are very kind. However, if they are unable to provide a solution for several hours regarding the lack of hot water, this becomes a very serious problem.
