Disappointing that we were not informed at the time of the booking. We weren't even informed at check in. The whole spa is closed at the moment "for refurbishment". The first I knew about it was after speaking to reception, after walking through a building site at 7.30am in the morning in my gown looking for the pool!. No signs up...no locked doors. Very dangerous. Elsewhere the hotel was clean and standards generally high. The breakfast was reasonable value and the food was OK. A real shame that the hotel didn't have the courtesy to inform us or offer to refund any of the rate paid due to the circumstances. Poor value based on our experience.

5 star hotel without 5 star experience. The hotel is expensive,but simple. Breakfast is not 5 star.. Simple hotel breakfast. If it has been 3 star and cheaper then it's good hotel,but 5 star.. I was expecting more..

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Haffner. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the service throughout the hotel was excellent.

A special highlight for us was the pool area, which was relaxing and well managed. We especially want to mention Paulina, one of the staff members. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and service minded. Her warm attitude made a great impression on us.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future!

Wonderful Spa Experience I booked a few treatments – mainly massages – and was very happy with the quality and care provided. An added bonus was that I could enjoy the spa area (pool, sauna, etc.) without any extra charge. The atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Patricia and Maja for their professional and warm service – they truly made me feel cared for. I left feeling refreshed and full of energy. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet, close to the beach and woods. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great place to relax. Again, try the couple massage in the SPA. Kate and Ewa you are the best.

I really enjoyed my stay in Poland in Haffner hotel. Rooms were nice, food in Xander restaurant delicious but with unpredicted weather We enjoyed wellness area the most. The couples massage with Ewa and Ania was the best massage I ever had. I would highly recommend. I will definitely go back to this hotel.I liked everything it has to offer.The location was a bit away from the beach but not too far.Short walk.
