A perfect stay from start to finish

We stayed at the Grand Focus Hotel in Szczecin for one night in October 2025 and were very impressed from the moment we arrived. We were celebrating a special birthday and were thrilled to be given a complimentary upgrade from a standard twin to a beautiful apartment. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip feel very special.

We arrived earlier than planned after a very early flight and were welcomed straight away with early check-in, which was so appreciated. The lobby is stylish, beautifully scented and instantly welcoming. The gentleman on reception was polite, professional and friendly, setting the tone for the rest of our stay.

The apartment was spotless, modern and really spacious, with two bathrooms, Rituals toiletries, a coffee machine and welcome snacks. The bar had a great drinks selection at good prices, and although we didn’t eat in the restaurant, it looked busy and the food looked excellent.

The location is ideal, just five minutes from the main train and bus stations and perfect for exploring the city. All the staff we encountered were professional, courteous and friendly. We’d highly recommend this hotel. We left wishing we’d stayed longer but will definitely return.

We had a good stay and got nice advice and recomandation for a really good city tour of Stetin from Vukasz. He also made nice Whiskey Sour Cocktails for us.

Grand Focus Hotel in Szczecin is a comfortable, well-located hotel in the city center with modern rooms, friendly staff, and good amenities. A great choice for both business and leisure stays.

Wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is in a beautifully restored historic building, combining old charm with modern comfort. The restaurant was a real highlight — amazing food and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, nothing to complain about
I only found the food in the restaurant a bit less… it wasn't bad but not super good either, maybe we as Belgians are used to a bit too much 😉

Everything was great, easy check-in and check-out.
As we arrived by train, the train station was within walking distance for us.

The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, bright, and wonderfully quiet. The breakfast was outstanding!! Since we stayed over Christmas, they offered a buffet instead of à la carte, but the food was of high quality with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was excellent—very central, just a 3-minute walk from the central station and with a tram station conveniently located right across the street. We would definitely book the hotel again if we plan to visit Szczecin again!

Hotel in very good location close to flixbus stop and train station. Very friendly receptionists, quiet and cute room . Food from room service very good. All in all I can recommend and I would totally visit again!
