The best impressions from our stay at Hotel Atrium!
We had an unforgettable time at the hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, and well-equipped; it’s warm and cozy inside, and the bed is very comfortable with excellent sound insulation. The breakfast was delicious and varied, great selection of dishes for vegetarians, and the staff were extremely polite, professional, and pleasant. We received outstanding service!
I made a special request for a birthday cake for my boyfriend, and we were given a beautifully decorated breakfast table, served sparkling wine, and the cake we received was absolutely delicious. The personal birthday greeting was also very thoughtful and touching. The staff paid great attention to all our wishes and fulfilled them perfectly.
Therefore, I sincerely recommend Hotel Atrium to anyone staying in Szczecin.

Thank you for your hospitality. Convenient location and clean rooms. The staff is especially friendly. I accidentally cut my hand, and the young guy at reception helped me and bandaged it.

4* hotel should be able to remove "restaurant" neon knowing there's no restaurant any more.

This hotel is a hidden gem, boasting breathtaking architecture and meticulously preserved details. My room was spacious and luxurious, a true haven of comfort and elegance. While the beauty of the hotel was undeniable, the service, unfortunately, did not quite reach the same level of excellence. Though polite, the staff seemed somewhat inattentive at times. Overall, a memorable stay, but with room for improvement in terms of service.

Nice area with a lot of green parks. It is also close to the city centre. The room was comfortable and the staff ok!

Really great service, caring staff. Tasty breakfast buffet available (10$/person). Bar on site is a nice bonus. Very clean, quiet and safe. Room was spacious.

There is no restaurant! The breakfast is very very poor: They bought the cheapest coffee beans you can ever get! Brrr. Jam in small plastic portions. No croissants. What a nice house and then you come in the breakfast-room with a plastic-floor.
The women at the reception was nice. She also has to manage the bar; she did a great job. And the Gryphus beer ist delicious.

The Atrium in Stettin looks like a large city villa in terms of its architecture. Cars are parked around the building. It's tight, but everyone eventually finds a parking space. The restaurant, which was heavily advertised on the website, was unfortunately closed. There is a bar in the foyer for quick thirst quenching. The room was large, clean and well air-conditioned. The friendliness of the staff towards German guests is - as is often the case with our eastern neighbors - in need of improvement or even tortured, but at least professional.
