We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout — from check-in to any little requests we had. Great location as well, with everything we needed close by. Would happily stay again and recommend it to others.

Restaurant: Our worst experience in Poland for ten years. The food is as poor as the service. Food is boring, not eatable, and had to be ordered ahead for the reservation. The poor waitress had not the faintest idea, what to do, although she was very kind and committed. The wine was served already opened to the table, not poured in the glass no chance to taste it. Water was also just put on the table. Cocktails looked and taste like 'just dump something together'. The beef filet as well as the porc filet were medium hot without any taste. Waste of time, waste of money. Dear owner, invest some afford to your staff.

Very nice hotel for a 4star one. Nice place, nice location, nice service. Breakfast is a bit poor in my opinion (no eggs-only after ordering them, and not boiled). Also you can hear a bit from other rooms, but it's a bit normal as the building is old.We are satisfied with our stay there.

We had an amazing stay. Very generously large rooms with antique furniture. A small issue was promptly resolved by the kind staff. The breakfast is a real highlight and if one goes out to eat for lunch the small dinner provided for free is perfect. Overall, this is a calming and charming place to be.
This is not an average hotel and one can tell by the atmosphere that the service staff actually cares and it's a small business rather than a chain.
All in all: great value, we'll be back :)

Was looking forward to a romantic hotel but got a nightmare of a room. It is big, but dark, really dark.
Apart from that very smelly (smell comes from bathroom/shower. Noisy street makes it impossible to sleep with the small window open.
Curtains and bed sheet got holes in them.
Lights are ridiculous, like neon lights in an office. No wardrobe. No shelves or towel hooks in bathroom. No light at bathroom mirror.
There would have been way cheaper and much nicer accommodation in this city.
