I had a wonderful stay at Cielo Hotel Doha and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality. First, I would like to thank Ms. Iba at the Front Office for her kindness and professionalism during my check-in. Before assigning my room, she kindly offered to show me the room first to ensure that I was comfortable with it. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Thank you as well for providing me with a room that had a beautiful view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the Bellman on the morning shift for being very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Saif from the Front Office on the PM shift. I requested a late check-out until 2:00 PM, and although it was not possible, he kindly accommodated my request with a late check-out until 1:30 PM. I truly appreciate his effort and consideration. To the Bellman on the PM shift, thank you for promptly bringing my food delivery to my room. Your assistance was greatly appreciated. I would also like to recognize Ms. Khaoula for her kindness and excellent service. When I requested a coffee cup and saucer, she immediately arranged it for me without hesitation. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Armand, the Duty Manager. He addressed all of my concerns in the room promptly and professionally. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly impressive and reflects the qualities of an outstanding Duty Manager. Lastly, I would like to thank Mr. Ray from Housekeeping. He is very hardworking, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Thank you to everyone at Cielo Hotel for making my stay memorable, comfortable, and enjoyable. Hotel is soo good cleaning staff is nice but there is one lady she work in Recption she name is Hafsa she dont know how to talk with guest she talk to me very bed words she didnt treat me like guest 3 time she cut the call on my face this is 5 star hotal work i try to talk to with manger she say i am the manager there is no manager she shouting on my face I am very upset with this lady even i come reception i was sick she dont like to talk with me this is very bad service..

Great hotel, the room was very large, easily enough space for 2 friends. Location is good for Lusail, close to some big shopping centres. Also a good location to travel into Doha.

Two star is given mainly because the hotel has all rooms as two room suites and it has a very beautiful design. But the glory ends here. On checking in the room, we were treated with very bad odour, asked the front desk to change the room to non smoking , but they didnt have any, so settled for supposedely less smelly room but had to call the Housekeeping for room freshner. Found only one set of towel and one set of sleeper in a double occupancy room, when asked for a towel, he gave a bathrobe, the explanation was there was shortage as the hotel was fully occupied. Breakfast station had only two staff and they were not at pleased if anything was asked to them, the breakfast menu was not worth at all. The Sofa handles had lot of dirt on them, the carpets were unclean, the tiles were loose in the passage and were making sound while walking on them. The mirror had a big patch, the walls showed seepage and signs of paint coming off. The centre table was cracked, which I showed so that I am not blamed. The The service is poor. On the second day, beach towel was given and one used uncleaned towel was given. Generally never give bad reviews to hotels as the staff does work hard. But here the advise is to stay away unless you really don't have a choice. May be it was very good when it was opened. A 2 star hotel at the best.

I went their with my hasband we have passed a good stay we want to thank the staff of the housekeeping, restaurant and the reception especially this helpful tunisian young lady (Narjine) I recommend it

The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful, though a bit dated. The safety lock on the door was also broken, which was a little concerning. It's quite a distance from the subway station, so we had to take an Uber to get there. Interestingly, the subway station itself is right next to a shopping mall.

I stayed at Celio Hotel Doha for two nights with another adult and the experience was very bad from the start The room had a strong unpleasant smell and the towel stand was broken Even though we booked for two people there was only one old broken towel in the room The coffee machine and kettle were extremely dirty and rusty inside completely unusable The furniture was old and not maintained and the TV had very few channels At night there was very loud music coming from the bar making it impossible to rest I honestly dont understand how this place is called a five star hotel it did not meet basic expectations The only good thing was the Moroccan lady at the reception she was kind professional and helpful thank you to her But overall I will never come back to this hotel and I do not recommend it to anyone
