I recently celebrated my birthday at Al Thouraya for their Friday night dinner buffet, and it was such a lovely experience. The food was really yummy and well-suited to an Asian palate, which I truly appreciated. There was a good variety, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. A special thank you to Aubrey and Analou for their excellent service—they were attentive, warm, and made the evening extra special. I was also pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake, which made the celebration even more memorable. Such a thoughtful touch! They also shared their ongoing promotions and introduced us to the amenities of Ezdan Palace Hotel, which made us feel very welcomed and valued. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday dinner experience, and I would definitely come back again. 💛

I hosted an engagement party in the hotel ballroom, and the experience was extremely disappointing. On the day of the event, I was shocked to discover that the setup was not as agreed upon, and the overall quality of the arrangements was very poor.
I also stayed one night at the hotel, and unfortunately, that experience was equally unsatisfactory.
Overall, the level of service and quality did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel for events or stays.

A beautiful and elegant hotel with a true palace-like feel. The architecture is stunning, rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very calm and luxurious. The hotel is very good, and the staff are polite, calm, and professional. The overall experience was pleasant.
However, the hotel is a bit expensive, and my only observation is that the shower water pressure was very weak, and the water heater was also not strong enough.

Accommodating staff: Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms: rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and meticulously clean. Convenient amenities: high-quality bedding, and modern gym/spa facilities particularly valuable. High-quality food and dining: Exceptional food quality and service in restaurants, including extensive breakfast buffets with a variety of options, HASIB is a great human and he took care of my daily dining needs.
