At night, this hotel transforms into a brothel. Numerous sex workers in the hallways and outside, loud music all night. To the management at Best Western Plus, your customer service is nonexistent. When I informed the manager after 20 minutes that the room was cold and I wanted to change, he said, "Unfortunately, you've already used the room." After a long argument, I got to switch to an identical room. They promised to bring a space heater, but nothing arrived – everything is just so unbelievably bad.
This hotel deserves a maximum of 1 star. I genuinely hope NO ONE checks into this hotel, or at least visit and inspect everything before checking in. It's absolutely awful.
