Great location and friendly staff but it's definitely not 5 star. It's old and noisy. The lift dings often found and keeps you awake at night. There was also a huge digital billboard outside that shone into the room We were moved rooms as we couldn't sleep. Appreciated the upgrade and couldn't hear the lift from the bedroom. You can hear the nightclub from the rooftop.

Nothing nearby, so a bit of a walk for a coffee and something to eat. There was building work going on on 2 sides of the hotel. We had to change the room because there was no view, just the wall of the hotel next door. This made the room look dark and depressing. Bird poo all along the window sills. The staff were very nice, and they changed our room the next day. The hotel was a bit tired and no way was it a 5-star —perhaps 3/4. They should have at least one box of tissues. Breakfast was ok with slight changes every day.

Close to the airport, but a bit far from the center, there is hardly anything around, so it's fine to stay one night.

The hotel is very close to the airport, with the sea view outside the window. The scenery is beautiful and the price is not expensive. There are two museums within 500 meters, and there is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient for dining.

The hotel received booking only for 2 adults whereas I made booking for 1adult 2children age16and11, they didn’t accept that as a result they wanted me to pay for an extra bed and extra breakfast which I refused to do, trip.com wasn’t helpful and kept me waiting in the lobby for 2hrs with 2 children tired and still the issue wasn’t resolved, I ended up sleeping on the floor and had no meals for 4 days because I refused to pay. The pool was a 5m oval shaped splash pool not a swimming pool as listed, the sauna was a 2 person pod as well as the steam room was just the same a 2 person plastic pod which I had to turn on. These are not spa facilities advertised for a 5star hotel. The room was dirty the carpets were filthy, shower was not working, grime near the bath tub and the bath tub had dirt that could not be cleaned. Outside the hotel on the first night and every evening, the hotel side entrance which was also the car park entrance we used was being used by local men and *********** to enter in and out of the hotel, this was very upsetting and disgusting to see especially with my 2 children!! Never have I seen this at a hotel. This hotel is a 3star at best never to be sold as a 5star hotel on your website. I will

The rooms are big and very spacious. However, there was a smell of mold, and the room didn't look clean. The location is good, near the seaside promenade, but there aren't many good restaurants in the area.

The rooms are big but with old furnitures and not maintained. There was mold in toilet and mold smell in the room. The air-conditioning temperatures cannot be changed. View to nothing, there was a building in 10 meters. The location could be considered as good, you can go to the sea alley by 15min walk.

This hotel is one of the worst I've encountered. Planned to stay for 3 nights, ended up checking out the next day. Rooms were freezing, food was 1/10. The entire gym is in disrepair, only 1 machine works. My clothes in the room smelled like smoke, even though I don't smoke. The adjacent room had a smoker, and their poor ventilation made it feel like he was blowing smoke at me.
At night, this hotel transforms into a brothel. Numerous sex workers in the hallways and outside, loud music all night. To the management at Best Western Plus, your customer service is nonexistent. When I informed the manager after 20 minutes that the room was cold and I wanted to change, he said, "Unfortunately, you've already used the room." After a long argument, I got to switch to an identical room. They promised to bring a space heater, but nothing arrived – everything is just so unbelievably bad.
This hotel deserves a maximum of 1 star. I genuinely hope NO ONE checks into this hotel, or at least visit and inspect everything before checking in. It's absolutely awful.

I had very good first impression: I was amazed by the size and beauty of the lobby. The security at the entrance was very nice and welcoming. The reception staff are very professional in their approach to work. Room, very big and comfortable bed. I stayed for four nights, and had a nice time staying at this hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a very enjoyable stay in Doha.

The room are very nice ,big and clean, staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the room and bathrooms where just great! The breakfast was amazing and lots of choice.The gym area was super with swimming pool! which is very nice for families as well if you are alone with calm atmosphere. The location was great. Very close to everything.
