This hotel may officially carry 4 stars, but in every meaningful way, it delivers a true 5-star experience.

The staff are exceptionally attentive without being intrusive — always present, always helpful, and clearly well trained. You feel welcomed, remembered, and valued as a guest, which is the hallmark of real hospitality.

The rooms are immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Comfort is clearly a priority: high-quality bedding, excellent soundproofing, and a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping standards are outstanding and consistent.

Hotel was very modern, staff friendly, but I was surprised as I was told I need to pay 12€ if I wanted to use the spa. Still everything was perfect. Breakfast also very delicious and many options.

This charming little lifestyle boutique hotel was excellent, except for the location, which was a bit out of the old town area.

The parking was free for hotel guests and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

The breakfast was ok for a mid-sized hotel, featuring warm and cold food.

1. Basically, all hotel facilities have to be paid separately, which is 12 euros per day.
I think this is a bit unreasonable, because usually the gym and swimming pool should be included, but all the equipment in this hotel has to be paid separately, so you should pay attention to this.

2. At two o'clock in the morning, my heater broke down and there was no heating. I called the front desk to change the situation, but then the heater came back. At 10 o'clock in the morning, the heater broke down again. I reported it to the front desk, but it happened again later. I don't know if the front desk turned off the heater intentionally to save energy, or if the heater is really malfunctioning?

I think the price-performance ratio is a bit low because all equipment has to be paid separately.

One of the best hotels I have visited. The reception staff, especially the employee Gabriella, have a very high level of professionalism

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩
