Clean room, good breakfast, 30min to city center by walk or 10 by bus/uber, parking available on site.

An honest hotel that provides great value without any unnecessary upselling.
The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are exactly as advertised.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Reception staff were excellent. Managed to make sandwiches when I had to leave really early. Great customer service.

The whole experience is poor. Poor customer service received from reception staff called Felicia. Excellent customer service from Monica. The breakfast was poor, just one coffee for free. The room was clean and good,warm ,but I had a bite from a bed bug. So..not happy. Overall, I will not come back here. I will not recommend. It is a shame to have a staff like Felicia.

We visited this place in May 2023 for a 2 day trip. Everything was perfect! It's 12 minutes walking distance from the central square. The breakfast was absolutely tasty, but with a limited variety. The service was exceptional! The only drawback it was the luck of a private air conditioning in every room. We would choose this accommodation again!

Nice hotel at no more than 10 minutes from the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortables. The services are very good. Food is very tasty. The stuff makes everything possible in order to answer all your requests.
The hotel also has a parking and this is very important

This hotel exceeded our expectations and is a great value for the money. Staff is really polite, refurbished rooms look great, bed is comfortable and breakfast was really tasty. Plenty of option to grab a bite neaby, private parking. All in all, will definitely book again and I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Brasov
