The hotel also boasts essential facilities such as a large heated swimming pool and a spacious sauna. This was my third stop on my Eastern European trip, Brasov, and I was very satisfied with Hotel Aro Palace

Lovely hotel - nice, helpful staff; cozy room with great view; 100/10 location, within walking distance to Council Square, Black Church, Castle on the hill (and pretty much everything); pretty view from the balcony; decent breakfast buffet with may different foods; the only slight issue is that the bathtub leaks when you shower to the floor will be wet

I realized I had left something behind, but there was no service to arrange for it to be delivered (it was cash on delivery), and considering it was an expensive hotel, it was inflexible and inflexible, which was inconvenient and troublesome

This hotel is located in the heart of Brasov's renowned Old Town, a popular tourist destination. It's extremely convenient to explore Eastern European architecture and restaurants on foot

The lobby of Hotel Aro Palace is quite elegant and very large. While not breathtakingly beautiful, you won't regret choosing to stay there

The breakfast is quite good! It is recommended to equip the room with a kettle

The pool was a little small for my taste but the fact that there were some different sauna types to choose from was a great plus

The staff are exceptionally attentive without being intrusive — always present, always helpful, and clearly well trained. You feel welcomed, remembered, and valued as a guest, which is the hallmark of real hospitality

This charming little lifestyle boutique hotel was excellent, except for the location, which was a bit out of the old town area. The parking was free for hotel guests and the staff were very attentive and helpful

Comfort is clearly a priority: high-quality bedding, excellent soundproofing, and a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a long day. Housekeeping standards are outstanding and consistent

If you are looking for comfort, quality, and service that exceeds expectations, this hotel absolutely deserves to be considered 5-star in practice, regardless of what the official classification says

Hotel was very modern, staff friendly, but I was surprised as I was told I need to pay 12€ if I wanted to use the spa. Still everything was perfect. Breakfast also very delicious and many options.

This was the second time we stayed in hotel Kolping, all staff are friendly and there to help if needed, the hotel has a car park and it is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of Brasov

Very nice hotel situated close to the Old Town, very attentive and helpful staff, many parking spaces available, very clean rooms, quiet and nice, very nice breakfast with many choices, we will definitely stay here again

One of the best places to stay when in Brasov. Hill view from the top, over the city. Uber clean rooms and very nice people. Not mentioning the food and game room :)

15pm and hadn’t eaten- traffic was horrendous on our journey from Bucharest! The restaurant was closing down for the night and he offered us soup with meatballs and bread. It was so delicious and we were so grateful

Also the staff was very nice and this resort also has a pool, jacuzzi and a sauna also an open place in a hill where you can sun tan, which is very close to the rooms

The restaurant was great value for money with great food and wine. Breakfast in the morning was high quality. Overall we really enjoyed our stay with staff from reception to the restaurant being friendly and helpful

They have a wonderful summer setting perfect for family escape from the city, in the midst of nature, Carla's Cinnamon homemade coffee recipe was the best coffee I had so far, including the milkshakes

If you are lucky enough, you get a spot in the villa where the pool and the restaurant are and can benefit from all the perks without having to walk through the cold from the other villas

They open pool at 11:00a when people check out!!! so nobody uses as it closes 8:00p at night. So after a tiring day at the castles pool is closed

The room in which I stayed has a wonderful view to the surrounding forrests and during night you can see a lot of stars from the balcony( did I forget to mention each room in Europark has a balcony where you can smoke) and if you have a telescope you can do star gazing during night which is amazing

Perfect accommodation and very close to old town in Brasov. Very friendly staff and professional, doing their best to adapt to guests needs. Good breakfast and free coffee +tea all day for guests

Had an excellent night's stay here, very clean, rooms are what you would expect, would recommend for an over night sta.

Hotel located about 10 minutes from the center; the cleanliness is average (the room is not made up for the entire stay), the staff is partly welcoming (only the girl in the afternoon/evening was very kind), the room is ok (except for the too much light in the morning for those who need darkness to sleep)

We do not recommend breakfast as the buffet is distributed in a very small place and very long queues often form. The food is of poor quality and at 9 it is almost finished. I am sure you can find better

For those with difficulty with stairs or other disabilities this hotel is not for you. The hotel is older and a bit dated. Many on our travel group had canes and suitcases and had difficulty here

I absolutely enjoyed this place! Great service, lovely people, quiet and very clean. The views were amazing (I even had two balconies!). The breakfast was good, and I fell in love with the little kitty living there ✨❤️

We have booked an appartment and we had enough space for 3 people and for sure it would’ve been enough space for 4-5 people. The hosts are very nice, you feel welcomed and they have been responsive to our kind requests

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Excellent quite location with a view on the mountains. 15 minutes walk to the old town. Rich breakfast and above all of they have a sauna. Price was also very attractive

We would’ve like to have a coffe/tea machine available at any time. We liked very much our stay at “Pensiunea Toscana” and we can hardly wait to visit the place again in summer

This is an exquisite place in the best location, best view, best service. The room was large, inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was served in a glass enclosed area, delivered at the table by personable a waitress

Everything at Prato in Brașov was excellent. I had been here over 10 years ago, and the memory stuck with me — I’m happy to say it’s just as good as I remembered

Beautiful place located just 100m from the center. The staff very very kindly and helpful. Breakfast is great place frash and tasty.
