The room was excellent. It was large and spacious, with good facilities and extremely comfortable. I particularly liked that there were balcony-doors that I could open and listen to the sounds of the city and relax.
The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of selection.

I was traveling on business, so the Hotel location was one of the reasons I picked Hotel Ambasador. You can also get easier to great places for dinner in a 10/15 minutes walking. The common areas cleaning may have been what I experienced as not so good, considering its a 4* Hotel. The room was good, comfortable enough and the personal was quite friendly and enjoyable.

Very dirty room smelled cigarettes, with one little window with the view to the wall! In bathroom I found hair in the bathtub. Dirty carpet with staines, dirty walls and curtains. Breakfast was okish, but stained tablecloths. Disaster!!!

Hello , I spent two nights in this hotel, it was very warm, not noisy, the room was in good condition. The only negative is that the hotel is empty, I was alone and it was a little scary. And I constantly had to go down from the 8th floor back to the reception because my key card didn’t work.
If you need an iron or a toothbrush with toothpaste, ask at the reception.
I was allowed to leave my luggage in a certain place when my reservation ended and I needed to leave without luggage.
So I can say this is a good 4 stars for the hotel

Great value hotel centrally located in Bucharest. Maximum 15-20 min walk to the old town and nightlife areas. Clean rooms with TV, fridge, small balcony, good shower and helpful staff, supermarket across the road. Breakfast is basic but enough to keep you full until the afternoon. Thanks again - I’ll definitely be back!

The room was clean and nice. Top floor recommended.
The staff at the reception very friendly. Mr. Anghel is awesome and listen to our requests. Overall a nice experience and definitely will consider Ambasador Hotel on our list when we will come to Romania. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one.

From 20.-23.9.2023 Price not bad for so called junior suite, no coffee, free minibar, very loud, rood top bar closed, old dirty carpets, breakfast just ok, horrible orange juice, loud music, Ok! Nice people for cleaning, good location for the city Never again, NR. 9 of hotels visited 2023 in europe.....

Wait times can be pretty long. It gets crowded during lunch hours. They have a lunch menu that's quite cheap but portions have got significantly smaller over time and with fewer options to choose from as well. Orders and takeout are available too. Overall you can have an OK meal here for a decent price but I'd rather go for the more quiet hours.

Nice enough, but not the best. Great livers, and the Romanian salad was yummy. The traditional Romanian food is good. Can't say the same for their cordon blue or rosemary potatoes - average to meh.

Horrible food at high prices. My bolognese had one teaspoon of meat, no taste... Melanzane de parmigiana had not seen vegetables...

A typical Italian restaurant: big footbal tv-screen on the wall, not particular fast serving but is has some ambiance, freshly baked pizzas wich are very tasteful and baked in a traditional oven! Good price - quality!
